The present study investigatated the effect on the diversification of weed community, including weed abundance, dominance, evenness, biomass, and mean height after mulching straw and intercropping white clover in the tea plantation from 2005 to 2006. The results were as follows: 16 families and 31 species were found in total. In April, the dominant species characterized with slow growth, lower biomass, and less than 30 cm height; in July those who grow faster with higher biomass and height became dominant; In September, these malignant communities reduced, while the oxalis and diffusa characterized with lower biomass and low height gradually increased. In the three seasons, the weed abundance, community diversity and evenness increased, and the dominance, the biomass and average height of weeds remarkably reduced after intercropping white clover and muching straw.
结果表明:茶园共有杂草16科31属31种,春季(4月)以生长速度较慢、生物量小、株高在30 cm以下的杂草为主,夏季(7月)以生长快、植株高和生物量大恶性杂草为主,秋季(9月)恶性杂草开始减少,酢浆草、白花蛇舌草等生物量小、株高矮的杂草逐渐增多;稻草覆盖处理茶园春、夏和秋季3个观测时期杂草物种丰富度、多样性、均匀度等指数均高于清耕对照,优势集中性指数低于清耕对照;间种白三叶草处理春、夏和秋季3个观测时期杂草总数量和生物量均显著低于清耕对照,夏、秋季杂草平均株高显著低于清耕对照;稻草覆盖和间种白三叶草处理春季茶芽重和产量显著高于清耕对照,鲜叶中游离氨基酸含量高于清耕对照,茶叶感官评审得分高于清耕对照处理。

The main research work and its results are: 1Empirical results are analysed for the relations of fault displacement and earthquake magnitude, and difference between permanent ground deformation and maxium dynamic relative displacement on the two sides of fault; 2An analytic method is proposed for resopnse of a buried pipeline due to earthquake fault movement; 3A new shell model with an equivalent boundary and relted finite element analysis method are proposed for estimating response of a buried pipeline under large fault movement; 4By the proposed method, damage performance of water supply steel pipelines with large diameter is simulated to the real cases in Kocaeli Earthquake and Ji-Ji Earthquake, and simulating results show the real failure mode of pipes is revealed; 5Effects of overlying soil and soft/hard interlayers are analyzed on ground rupture mode and degree due to earthquake fault, and some earthquake rupture phenomena in soil layers are theoretically described for the first time; 6Pipeline response characters are discussed for the case of considering effects of soil layers on ground rupture mode; 7Research results and proposed method are applied in seismic analysis of pipline acrossing fault in the Gas Tansportation Project from West to East in China.
主要工作和成果包括:1)分析了不同断层位错形式下地表破裂位错量与震级之间的经验关系,并基于集集地震近断层记录分析了断层两侧永久地面变形和地震动相对位移幅值之间的差别,为合理地考虑地震断层位错地面变形动态影响提供了依据;2)发展了断层位错地面大变形下管线反应分析模型并给出物理概念明确、简单实用的解析分析方法;3)建立了断层位错下埋地管线反应分析的等效边界壳模型有限元方法,方法中引入了以非线性弹簧形式模拟离断层较远处管段影响的等效边界,简化了计算模型并突出了近断层处管体反应;4)利用等效边界壳模型方法,对土耳其地震和集集地震中大口径埋地管线震害进行了模拟,结果表明所提方法可以更清地解释震害所表现的管体破坏特征;5)研究了覆盖土层和软硬夹层的存在对断层位错地面破裂形式和程度的影响,首次从理论上解释了某些地震地表破裂现象;6)探讨了考虑土层对断层位错地面变形影响的管体反应特征;7)本项目成果已在西气东输工程的管道跨断层抗震问题分析中得到了应用。

Base on above studies, some conclusions were obtained as follows:(1) ore-forming background of the studied ferromanganese crusts are mainly controlled by intensity of Antarctic Bottom Waters and variations of material source;(2) it is confirmed that the ferromanganese crusts are mainly hydrogenetic and their composition are affected by volcanic and continental material simultaneously; there are no obvious phosphatization reconstruction and element reaction occurred in them, so they have important paleoceanological significance;(3) from researches on element occurrence modes in the new-type ferromanganese crusts and the lying sediments, it is proposed that there is no great biological affection on the crusts formation and their composition mainly came from the adsorptive action of the ferromanganese oxides in them;(4) two major types of ore-controlling factors are identified through compilation of ore-controlling factors, which are geological and oceanic factors;(5) considering the long-term variation trends of the crusts composition, combing the U-series and 10Be isotope dating results, it is proposed that the ore-forming processes of ferromanganese crusts in the studied areas can be divided into three major stages (5.6~2.8 Ma, 2.8~2.7 Ma and since 2.7 Ma), and then the activities of AABW since the Late Miocene, changes of input flux coming from volcanic and continental material are confirmed.

The main results were as follows:An appropriate concentration of ethephon sprayed on leaves of peanut made stems and branchs height shorter,but more branches;The fresh weight and dry weight per unit of leaf area and per plant increased;It optimized some physiological and biochemical characteristics in the leaves.It was showed that the ethephon increased obviously the contents of protein and chlorophyll and the activity of SOD and POD in the leaves,and improved the rates of photosynthesis and transpiration of the leaves,and increased the activity of the roots,but decreased the content of MDA in the leaves;It improved the quantity of pods,the percentage of plumy pods and the peanut yield.

In the normal rats (n=5、6), CGRP-LI were mainly present in small and some medium-sized neurons and the primary afferent fibers and ter- minals in laminae Ⅰ,Ⅱ,Ⅴ,Ⅹ and Lissauer's tract of the spinal cord; GAL- and SP-LI were mainly present in small neurons and the superficial layers of the dorsal horn. After the adjuvant injection both CGRP-and SP-LI were in- creased corresponding to the development of arthritis. On day 2, CGRP-and SP-LI were moderately increased in laminae Ⅰ,Ⅱ and the posterior commis- sure of the spinal cord and small neurons in DRG, while SP was obviously in- creased in the superficial layers and DRG. On day 14, CGRP-LI were marked- ly enhanced in the above regions with the development of polyarthritis. Some- times many strongly stained long fibers could be seen in the posteriot commis- sure.
