This design wants to design a complete set of three axes five speed gearboxeses , it mainly include three parts : The first part , to make sure the basic parameter of the gearbox assurance ; The second part, The contact strength verify-check and the flection strength verify-check of each wheel gear of the gearbox, mainly verify whether each wheel gear satisfy various strength conditions with according to the giving parameter ; The third part , to progress verify-check intension of the axes Four-part cent, to calculate the life of the bearings.

本次设计是要设计一部较为完整的五档变速器，其中主要包括三部分：第一部分，变速器基本参数的确定；第二部分，变速器的各档齿轮的接触强度校核和弯曲强度校核，主要是根据所给的参数来验证各档齿轮是否满足各项强度条件；第三部分，进行轴的强度校核；第四部分，轴承的寿命计算。

The intensity of grating diffraction spectrum is obtained by the Fourier series expansion of the transmissivity function. The result implied that genotype BG of MCW0294 and genotype JL of MCW0258 may be regarded as candidate locus for early assistant selection markers in egg shape index and haugh unit traits of silkies.At the same time, we found some alleles associated with egg quality traits:(1) Means of shell strength for genotype AG and BG of MCW0258 were significantly higher than those of HO and JO.

在多重比较过程中，发现了几个与蛋品质性状显著相关的等位基因：①标记MCWO258中，AG基因型的蛋壳强度均值最高，HO基因型的蛋壳强度均值最低，二者差异显著；BG基因型的蛋壳强度均值较高，JO基因型的蛋壳强度均值较低，二者差异显著。

The luminescence intensity of suspended immune cells (1×10〓 cells/ml) from peripheral blood, anterior kidney and spleen of grass carp, which were from two groups immunized with being injected Aeromonas hydrophilia and unimmunized respectively, were detected by means of BPCL4 Intelligentized Ultraweak Luminometer, the datum that were dealt with statistics demonstrated that luminescence intensity of the cells from all kinds of immune organs and blood were intensified after the fish were immunized in two weeks and the luminescence intensity from anterior kidney cells was the highest, mitogens had the enhancing effects. Luminol could strengthened luminescence intensity.

把未免疫的和经过嗜水产气单胞菌注射免疫的草鱼外周血、前肾、胸腺和脾脏以及它们的悬浮细胞（密度控制在1×10〓个细胞／ml左右）分别用BPCL4智能化微弱发光测量仪测量各组的发光强度，结果显示：草鱼各类免疫器官与细胞在免疫两周后发光强度增加，肾细胞的发光强度最大；有丝分裂原具有增强作用；化合物鲁米诺能提高发光强度。

Results No any changes on fragrant pig skin in low and middle corticosteroid using group; but on skin of strong and super strong corticosteroid using group, macule and pigmentation appeared after 50 days of spreading.

结果：用低强度和中等强度药物的香猪在涂药期间及停药后皮肤未见明显变化，高强度组和超高强度组在用药50天左右皮肤上可见毛细血管扩张，并出现色素沉着斑；用药30天后表皮变化不明显，但黑素细胞出现上移现象，用药35天后上皮开始变薄，黑素细胞增多并上移。

2通过工程现场14年的取样，进行老化试验分析，结果显示，土工合成材料在40cm厚以上岩土严密保护的条件下，初始强度大于500N/5cm，使用年限至少可达50年，多数情况可超过100年；在同等条件下，土工织物老化在力学性能上的表现是强度和延伸率都呈下降趋势，而多数土工膜在初期力学性能上表现是强度增加延伸率下降，到后期强度和延伸率才都呈下降趋势，脆化是衡量土工膜老化性能的重要指标。

The results show that the amorphous PLGA fiber with porous structure (0.1-1.0 μm) is obtained by diluted solvent spinning method and the mechanical properties is affected by pressure and temperature. Bending strength and shearing strength of the samples increase firstly and then decrease with the increase of molding temperature and pressure. While the molding temperature is 160℃and the pressure is 105MPa, the PLGA materials possess optimal mechanical properties, bending strength, shearing strength and bending modulus 187.3 MPa, 100.0 MPa and 2.5 GPa, respectively. The mild temperature molding PLGA materials are desired to play a grate role in non-bearing internal fixation devices.

研究结果表明：非晶多孔结构的PLGA纤维可通过溶液沉析纺丝的方法获得，其孔径为0.1~1.0μm；压制压力和压制温度对材料的力学性能影响较大，材料的抗弯强度、剪切强度和抗弯模量均随着温度和压力的增大而先增大后降低；在压制压力为105MPa，压制温度为160℃时，试样的力学性能比较理想，此时，其抗弯强度可达到187.3MPa，剪切强度达到100.1MPa，抗弯模量达到2.5GPa，可望作为非承重部位骨折愈合内固定材料。
