在药理学研究中体外抗氧化实验表明，PLR具有一定的抗氧化能力，表现出很强的DPPH·自由基清除活性，IC_(50)达到0.164 mg／mL；能显著的抑制小鼠红细胞溶血，IC_(50)为0.112mg／mL；能增强小鼠血清抗活性氧能力，抑制小鼠肝组织脂质过氧化产物MDA生成和小鼠肝线粒体肿胀度，并显示出一定的量效关系。

Results After many times oral administration of Jiangtangning capsules(40～600mg/kg),the blood glucose of hyperglycemic mice,rats and rabbits induced by adrenaline,glucose,streptozotocin and alloxan was decreased obviously,and had significant dose-effect relationship,the symptoms of polydipsa,polyphagia and polyuria were improved for alloxan-induced hyperglycemic mice and rats,meanwhile the release of insulin in alloxan-induced hyperglycemic mice serum was promoted,but having no apparent influence on the normal blood glucose of mice.

结果 在40～600mg/kg剂量下，多次灌服降糖宁胶囊对肾上腺素、葡萄糖、链脲佐菌素和四氧嘧啶引起的小鼠和大鼠以及家兔高血糖均有明显的降低作用，且有明显的量效关系，还可明显改善四氧嘧啶性高血糖小鼠和大鼠多饮、多食、多尿等三多症状，并可促进四氧嘧啶性高血糖小鼠血清中胰岛素的释放。但对小鼠正常血糖却无明显影响。

The results showed that the purified serum can recognize MUC1 protein ..proliferation assays of T-cells from spleen of Balb/C inoculated with the positive phages showed that T-cells were markely proliferated in absence of adjuvant during immunization , which demenstrated that phage might be a proper vector for the immunization.

Firstly, normal mice was given orally by SM(qd×2d), and the dysbacteriosis were caused in them ,and then they were given orally by STM,these mice were formed experimental salmonellosis models ,finally these salmonellosis models were treated by bifidobacterium ,and count respectively the cfu/g of STM number in the mice excrement during different time of therapy,detect the index numbers of liver and spleen respectively, detect content of TNF-a in blood and in spleen respectively.

Neutralizing potency of the patent recombinant anti-rabies virus McAbs, SO57 and SOJB,have been investigated broadly to different rabies virus strains in various animal models.100% Chinese Hamsters could be protected by 100IU/kg SO57 against China prevalent street rabies virus named SBD.We firstly established the mouse model to simulate human postexposure prophylaxis by rabies virus and found SO57 had the same function with HRIG against CVS or three China typical street rabies viruses.However,HRIG could not 100% protect the mice challenged with SBD street virus,rabies virus vaccine alone could not save life from rabies virus infection.The cocktail containing SOJB and SO57(1:1) did not do better than SO57 alone.

用不同的动物模型研究了具有专利的重组人抗狂犬病病毒单克隆抗体SO57、SOJB对不同狂犬病病毒株的中和作用，100IU/kg的SO57能100%保护被中国街毒株SBD攻击的中国仓鼠；首次用小鼠模型模拟人体被狂犬病病毒攻击后的治疗情况，在小鼠被CVS及中国街毒代表株攻击后，SO57与HRIG具有相近的对小鼠的暴露后保护作用；同时结果显示HRIG对SBD株攻击的保护率不能到达100%，仅使用疫苗是不能对感染病毒的小鼠百分之百的保护；SOJB与SO57 1：1联合使用未显示比SO57单独使用更好的保护效果。

The results showed that deep-sea water in Hawaii enhanced the phagocytes function of mononuclear macrophage and forme tardive immune reaction of mice, increased HC50 and the weight of thoracic gland and spleen of mice.
