Results The extract of Huanglian Xiangru Decoction with different proportions of herbs could inhibit pathological changes in lung of mice caused by FM1 strain of Influenzavirus A and lower lung index, indicating anti-influenza activities in vivo with antifebrile effects on febrile rats caused by yeast, resistance to acute inflammation of auricular swelling of mice caused by paraxylene, decreasing writhing times of mice caused by glacial acetic acid, and increasing pain threshold of mice caused by hot plate.

结果 不同比例的黄连香薷饮提取物可明显抑制甲Ⅰ型流感病毒FM1株引起的小鼠肺部病变、降低肺指数，有体内抗流感病毒作用，对酵母所致发热大鼠有退热作用，对二甲苯所致小鼠耳廓肿胀有抗急性炎症的作用，有减少冰乙酸致小鼠疼痛扭体次数和提高热板致痛小鼠痛阈值的作用。

ResultsThe Ziziphus jujube leaf extract could inhibit autonomic activities of the mice, prolong the sleep time induced by pentobarbital sodium, enhance the rate of falling asleep induced by barbital sodium and inhibit the central stimulating effects induced by amphetamine.

结果酸枣叶提取物可对小鼠自主活动呈明显抑制作用，延长戊巴比妥钠诱导的小鼠睡眠时间，增加巴比妥钠诱导的小鼠睡眠发生率和缩短巴比妥钠诱导的小鼠睡眠潜伏期。抑制苯丙胺的中枢兴奋作用。

It could also suppress paw edema induced by carrageenin in rat and writhing induced by acetic acid in mice, but has no effect on the ear swelling caused by dimethylbenzene and cotton granulation hyperplasia and latent period of pain reaction in tail immersion test in mice.

Methods: The Yifuqing granula was given to rabbit with febrilis caused by the TAB vaccine. The effects of the Yifuqing granula on the ache threshold value of Jimpy mice caused by Hot plate, on auricle inflammatory swelling of Jimpy mice caused by dimethyl benzene, on the bacterium of Jimpy mice in vivo, and on CPE caused by virus were observed.

观察一服清颗粒对三联菌苗所致兔发热的影响；采用小鼠热板法观察一服清颗粒对小鼠痛阈的影响；观察一服清颗粒对二甲苯所致小鼠耳廓炎性肿胀的影响；采用小鼠体内抑菌实验观察一服清颗粒对金葡菌感染小鼠死亡率的影响；采用细胞病变法观察一服清颗粒对病毒致细胞病变作用的影响。

We killed some mice at the day 6th , the others were continue to expose to formaldehyde and observe their estrous cycle. CTX ip 0.06 mg/kg, 0.12mg/kg significantly reduced the errors of the mice in Y-Maze test, decreased the mices training times, shorten the escape latency in Shuttle box test. In Step-down test, CTX ip 0.06mg/kg, 0.12mg/kg increased the escape latency and reduced the number of errors, CTX also reduced the searching platform latency and swim path-length in Morris water maze test with mice.

实验发现，CTX能明显增加热刺激引起的疼痛闭值，明显减少醋酸引起的扭体次数，并能显著增加小鼠在Y型迷宫实验中的正确反应次数，减少在穿梭箱实验中小鼠重新训练至学会标准的训练次数及小鼠的反应时间，能增加小鼠在跳台法中的潜伏期，减少错误反应次数，减少小鼠在Morris水迷宫实验中的寻台时间和游泳路程，以上效果均表现出明显的剂量依赖性。

Result: With a high cancer-inhibiting rate on the animal model having been transplanted the cancer, this medicine can remarkably restrain the growth of cancer cells cultivated in vitro and improve the life quality of mouse model, and also shows obvious promotion and enhancement function on the DTH ear-swelling of mouse with cancer, the proliferation of mouse spleen lymphocyte induced by ConA and the cytokine (TNF-α、IFN-γ) of mouse with cancer respectively. It can obviously decrease the adverse effects like weight reduction, damage of viscera and degradation of life quality caused by the chemotherapeutic medicines, and has a remarkable stimulation on the lymphocyte proliferation induced by ConA. It is also able to improve the ratio of SMMC-7721 cells in G0-G1 period and reduce the cell amount in G2/M period to cut down the possibility of stepping into the division period; additionally, it can obviously inhibit some cancer genes of the cancer cells and meanwhile up regulate the cancer-inhibiting gene.

结果：本品能明显抑制体外培养肿瘤细胞的生长，对在体肿瘤移植模型动物具有较高的抑瘤率，能明显提高模型小鼠的生存质量；对荷瘤小鼠DTH耳肿胀、ConA诱导的小鼠脾淋巴细胞增殖、荷瘤小鼠细胞因子（TNF-α、IFN-γ）呈现明显的促进或提高作用；能显著减少化疗药所引起的小鼠体重降低、脏器损害以及生存质量下降等不良作用；本品含药血清对ConA诱导的淋巴细胞增殖具有明显的促进作用；能提高SMMC-7721细胞G0-G1期比例，降低G2/M期细胞数目，而减少其进入分裂期；对肿瘤细胞的多个癌基因具有明显的抑制作用，同时上调抑癌基因等。

By using Morris Maze task,The results indicated the learning and memory impairment was continuously maintained by MA-induced neurotoxity,PF_(11) significantly antagonized the learning and memory impairment by MA-induced neurotoxicity, Motor incoordination was studied by using the rotating rod method in mice,PF_(11) markedly alleviated the injury induced by MA.using HPLC-ECD,there were markedly decrease the contents of DA,DOPAC,HVA and 5-HIAA,PF_(11) markedly antagonised decrease of DA in MA-induced neurotoxicity.
