Draining lymph nodes isolated from the BALB/C mice immunized with rabbit skin collagen Type Ⅲ accord- ing to a rapid immunization protocol, the lympho- cytes were fused with the myeloma cell line NS-1, 3 out of total of 201 growing hybridomas we obtained were producing collagen Type Ⅲ reactive antibodies after 3 limited dilution clones performed.

本实验采用快速免疫的方法用兔皮肤Ⅲ型胶原免疫BLAB/C小鼠，取淋巴结的细胞与小鼠骨髓瘤细胞NS-1融合，240孔中201孔有杂交瘤生长，用ELISA检测有6孔反应阳性。选3孔生长良好，抗体浓度高的细胞进行有效的有限稀释法克隆3次，获3株分泌抗Ⅲ型胶原单克隆抗体的杂交瘤细胞。其中二株属IgG2b，一株为IgG1。

本课题以中医药理论为指导，依据益气养阴方和益气补肾方的功效与应用，结合目前运动性疲劳和衰老的产生机制等方面的研究进展，采用现代药理学研究方法，观察益气养阴方和益气补肾方对环磷酰胺致小鼠免疫抑制的抵抗作用及对小鼠常压耐缺氧和断头后张口喘气时间的抗应激能力，同时分别采用运动性疲劳大鼠模型和自然衰老大鼠模型进一步探讨益气养阴方抗运动性疲劳机制及益气补肾方抗衰老机制。

Chenopodium album,Solanum nigrum, and Amaranthus retroflexus were very susceptible to the herbicides. Polygonum persicaria and Abutilon theophrasti were relatively less susceptible to the herbicides, and Lycopersicon esculentum was not susceptible to it. 供试的6种杂草对该混剂的敏感性存在显著差异：红心藜Chenopodium album、龙葵Solanum nigrum和反枝苋Amaranthus retroflexus对该混剂最敏感，ED90值分别为47.65、71.67和29.17g/hm2；春蓼Polygonum persicaria和苘麻Abutilon theophrasti敏感，ED90值分别为96.91、114.20g/hm2；而番茄不敏感。
