Methods: Adopting pig bile culture medium, the inhibiting or killing effects on pig bladder worm in vitro were observed;by using the methods of xylene-induced ear inflammation in mice and granuloma swelling induced by cotton ball in rats, the effects of anti-inflammation were observed;by using the methods of body twisting and hot-plate in mice, the effects of analgesia were observed. Through the mice auricle microcycle, the rats thrombus law in vitro and bleeding time, clotting time determination to the mice, the function of invigorating the blood were observed;adopting the penicillin abdominal cavity injection method, the mice epilepsy model were prepared, and epilepsy mice brain organization MDA content and SOD, ATPase vigor be measured by using chemical colorimetry.

利用猪胆汁培养基观察该方在体外对猪囊尾蚴的抑制或杀灭作用；采用二甲苯所致小鼠耳肿胀法、大鼠棉球肉芽肿法以观察该方的抗炎作用；采用热板法和化学刺激扭体法观察该方的镇痛效果；通过小鼠耳廓微循环法、大鼠体外血栓法和对小鼠出、凝血时的测定观察该方的活血作用；采用青霉素腹腔注射法制备小鼠癫痫模型，并利用化学比色法检测癫痫小鼠脑组织中MDA的含量及SOD、ATPase的活力。

The results show that: This tablet can decrease the rat"s footpad swell induced by Freud"s, inhibit the permeability of the blood capillary in inflammatory joint and decrease the 11-2 level in serum while increasing the rat"s body weight,(2) It can lower the rat"s temperature and the permeability of the blood capillary in inflammatory joint induced by collagen and inhibit the delayed type hypersensitivity,It can lower the stickiness of full blood and the accumulation of erythrocyte obviously inblood stasis model rats,lt can inhibit the formation of hemolysin and decrease the index of carbon granule clearance in mice, It can lower the permeability of celiac blood capillary and inhibit the granulomatous hyperplasia by sc cotton ,It can inhibit the pain induced by acetic acid and raise the pain threshold value of heat stimulation.

结果表明：关络通片能明显降低佐剂性关节炎大鼠左右足趾肿胀度，降低大鼠炎症关节的通透性，抑制其IL-2含量，对大鼠体重增长缓慢有一定的改善作用；能改善Ⅱ型胶原诱导性关节炎大鼠的表征指标及炎症关节的通透性，对其迟发型超敏反应有一定的抑制作用；对血瘀模型大鼠，能显著性降低其全血粘度、血浆粘度、红细胞压积；能抑制小鼠的溶血素抗体生成，抑制小鼠网状内皮系统的吞噬能力，具有一定的抑制机体免疫功能的作用，能抑制小鼠腹腔毛细血管通透性增高，抑制大鼠棉球肉芽组织增生，具有一定的抗炎作用；能抑制小鼠醋酸扭体反应、提高小鼠热板痛阈值，具有一定的镇痛作用。

Results: miR27a was identified as the most stable reference gene by geNorm and Normfinder software. Among the 52 microRNAs detected by real time PCR array, miR-33 and miR-19a were significantly down-regulated, whereas miR-130 were significantly up-regulated in the hippocampus of Ts65 Dn mice as compared with the euploid control mice. The expression of miR-802, which was the trisomy chromosome 16 derived microRNAs, was very low in hippocampus with no difference between the two groups.

结果：geNorm和Normfinder两种方法均选定miR-27a为最稳定的内参照基因，共检测了52种microRNAs，其中miR-33和miR-19a在Ts65Dn小鼠海马组织中表达显著下调，miR-130在Ts65Dn小鼠海马组织中表达显著上调，小鼠16号染色体三体区段包含的miR-802在Ts65Dn小鼠和对照二倍体小鼠海马组织中表达量均低，差异没有统计学意义。

结果α-亚麻酸能提高小鼠的抗体生成细胞数和血清溶血素水平，促进小鼠的单核-巨噬细胞的碳廓清和腹腔巨噬细胞的吞噬能力，促进小鼠的迟发型变态反应，提高小鼠NK细胞的活性。结论α-亚麻酸具有增强小鼠免疫力作用。

In conclusion, these results suggested that (1) the ageing-associated decline in fertility of female KM mouse was due to a decrease in both quantity and quality of oocytes;(2) the ooplasm from young mice did not correct the meiotic errors of aged mice, and the ooplasm from aged mice did not induce abnormal segregation of meiotic chromosome of young mice, indicating that meiotic anomalies found in the oocytes of aged mice might be related to nucleus or chromosomes and relevant factors;(3) a critical nucleocytoplasmic ratio was essential for normal maturation and segregation of meiotic chromosomes of oocytes and development to 2-cell embryos.

本研究结果表明：（1）昆明白小鼠与衰老相关的生育力下降是其卵母细胞数量减少和质量下降的综合结果；（2）年轻小鼠卵母细胞细胞质不能纠正老龄小鼠GV的减数分裂错误，老龄小鼠卵母细胞细胞质也不诱导年轻小鼠的GV发生减数分裂错误，老龄小鼠卵母细胞减数分裂异常很可能与细胞核或染色体及其相关因素有关；（3）关键的核质比对卵母细胞正常的成熟、减数分裂染色体分离及2-细胞期胚的发育是绝对必需的。

ResultsESC(the extract of Solidago canadensis L.) markedly prolonged the writhing latent period and decreased the times of writhing of mice induced by ip acetic acid, while it had no obvious effect on the pain threshold value in hot plate test. ESC significantly prolonged the tussive latent period of mice, decreased the tussive times and increased phenolsulfonphthalein excretion quantity of trachea of mice. ESC was nontoxic according to the acute toxicity test.

结果首次对国产加拿大一枝黄花进行了体内药理作用研究，发现加拿大一枝黄花提取物能显著延长醋酸致小鼠扭体潜伏期，减少扭体次数；但未明显提高热板法实验小鼠的痛阈值；能显著抑制浓氨水所致小鼠咳嗽潜伏期和咳嗽次数；显著增加小鼠气管的酚红排泌量；急性毒性实验表明加拿大一枝黄花提取物无明显毒性，既不引起小鼠死亡也不影响小鼠体重正常增加。
