The results of RT-PCR indicated that the HGV genes can be transcripted in blood monocytes and hepatocytes.The conventional pathological observation suggested that the transgenic mice had the cloudy swelling,steatosis,hydropic change and inflammatory cellular infiltration.However,serum ATL level showed no significant difference between transgenic and normal mice.

RT-PCR的结果显示，外源基因可在founder小鼠及F1代小鼠的血液有核细胞及肝细胞内转录；组织病理学检查显示，某些转基因小鼠的肝细胞出现了水样变、脂肪变性及轻微炎性反应等病理学改变，但与同一品系的正常小鼠相比，转基因小鼠血清转氨酶无明显升高。

结果 痛泻要方对小鼠腹泻模型、新斯的明致小鼠小肠推进功能亢进均有一定抑制胃肠运动作用；对小鼠便秘模型、阿托品致小鼠小肠推进功能抑制均有一定促进胃肠运动作用；对正常小鼠及其小肠推进运动均无明显作用。

Phenotype analysis of transgenic mice Anti-IgM/anti-IgD antibodies, anti-IgM/anti-IgM〓/anti-IgM〓 antibodies were used to analyze allelic exclusion of transgenic mice B cells, and it was shown that 50%～80% B cells express transgene encoded IgM. ELISA was used to evaluate serum antikeratin IgM and total IgM of transgenic mice peripheral blood, and it is found that sera antikeratin IgM level of several lines of transgenic mice is significantly higher than littermate control. However, there is no difference in serum total IgM level between transgenic mice and non-transgenic mice.

三、抗体重链转基因小鼠表型分析以anti-IgM/anti-IgD抗体、anti-IgM/anti-IgM〓/anti-IgM〓抗体分析转基因小鼠B细胞等位基因排斥情况，发现50％～80％的B细胞表达转基因编码的IgM；ELISA分析转基因小鼠外周血中抗角蛋白IgM和总IgM水平，发现部分转基因小鼠的抗角蛋白IgM水平明显高于对照小鼠，而总IgM水平没有差异。

The levels of nitric oxide and interferon-γ in spleen cell cultured supcrnatants of 3 kinds of infected mice were measured by using ELISA kit and Griess reaction. Results: On the 3rd day after infection, the parasitemia of DBA/2 mice was much lower than that of BALB/c and C57BL/6 mice.

结果：感染第3d之后，DBA／2小鼠的虫体血症水平显著低于BALB／c和C57BL／6小鼠；将疟原虫寄生的红细胞和脂多糖或IFN-γ分别与3种感染第3d小鼠脾细胞共同培养后，DBA／2小鼠脾细胞培养上清中的IFN-γ和NO水平明显高于BALB／c和C57BL／6小鼠。
