Two different murine models (IFN γ or IL 4 gene knockout C57BL/6 mice,15 mice each strain) were contagiously infected with P.carinii by cohousing with P.carinii positive mice for 3,5,7 weeks as well as 15 gene un knockout C57BL/6 mice for infection control group.

分别用IFN γ或IL 4基因敲除的C5 7BL 6小鼠(各 15只作为动物模型)与未经基因敲除的C5 7BL 6小鼠(15只作感染对照组)，以密切接触的方式，使小鼠自然感染卡氏肺孢子虫；同时设非感染组 15只小鼠作阴性对照。

Methods Three doses of etomidate were administered intraperitoneally. Five minutcs later, convulsion was induced by electricity or drugs . The convulsant latency, duration of tonic state, incidence of convulsion, mortality and survival time were noted.

以电刺激或致惊剂〔士的宁、N-甲基－D-天冬氨酸、利多卡因〕建立不同类型的小鼠惊厥模型，观察腹腔注射3种剂量的依托咪酯对小鼠强直性惊厥潜伏期、持续期、惊厥发生率、小鼠死亡率以及小鼠存活时间的影响。

The study of mechanism of its anti-inflammationThis experiment shows that NTL can inhibit the edema of hind paw induced by fresh egg white in adrenalectomized rat, reduce the weight of thymus in rat, increase the content of hepatic glycogen ,but decrease eosinophil of mice through experimentalstudy of effect of NTL on edema of hind paw induced by fresh eggwhite in adrenalectomized rat, weight of thymus in rat, content ofhepatic glycogen and eosinophil of mice. The results indicate that NTL has the analogous function to cortin.

抗炎机理研究通过虎斑游蛇对去肾上腺大鼠蛋清性足跖肿胀、对大鼠胸腺重量和对小鼠肝糖原含量及对小鼠嗜酸性粒细胞数量影响的实验研究，表明虎斑游蛇能够抑制去肾上腺大鼠蛋清性足跖肿胀，使小鼠胸腺的重量减轻，增加小鼠肝糖原的含量而减少嗜酸性粒细胞的数量，提示虎斑游蛇具有肾上腺皮质激素样作用。

The intraperitonealLD_(50) values in mice of VES and VDPG were 0.16mg/kg and 0.39mg/kg,respectively. The intraperitoneal LD_(50) value in cockroach of VDPG andVES were 2.32μg/g and 1.87μg/g, respectively. After intraperitonealinjection of the venom in mice, the main poisoning symptoms includedlethargy, ataxia, diaphoresis, convulsion, anorexia, shortness of breath,and difficulty to open eyes, etc. Whereas the mice injected withphysiological saline acted normally.

两种粗毒都对小鼠和蜚蠊有较强的毒性，其中毒囊粗毒和电刺激粗毒对小鼠的LD_(50)值分别为0.39mg／kg和0.16mg／kg；毒囊粗毒和电刺激粗毒对蜚蠊的LD_(50)值分别为2.32μg／g和1.87μg／g体重；小鼠经腹腔注射粗毒后，出现无生气、共济失调、排汗、痉挛、食欲减退、呼吸短促、睁眼困难等症状，而注射生理盐水的小鼠活动正常。

Results Ganmaofang had definite bacteriostatic action on standard strain of staphylococcus aureus and escherichia coli, and clinical dissociative strain of staphylococcus aureus, escherichia coli, klebsislla pneumoniae, Staphylococcus epidermidis, Staphylococcus intermedius, Staphylococcus simulans and beta streptococcus in vitro. Its MIC is between 0.075 g/mL and 0.2 g/mL. Ganmaofang could prolong the survival time of mouse infected by staphylococcus aureus and decrease the mortality of ill mouse, meanwhile it could enhance the survival rate of mouse infected by pneumoniae diplococcus.

结果感冒方体外对标准菌株金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌和临床分离菌株金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌、肺炎克雷伯菌、表皮葡萄球菌、中葡萄球菌、溶葡萄球菌、乙型链球菌具有一定的抑菌作用，MIC 0.075~0.2 g/mL，体内可延长金黄色葡萄球菌感染小鼠的存活时间和减少感染小鼠的病死率，对肺炎双球菌感染小鼠可提高感染小鼠的存活率。

Methods: Used the methods of inflammatory caused by dimethy, benzene, acetic acid twisting, carbon expurgation and the experiments in diabetic model mice, to observe the pharmacological actions of tigogenin; and acute toxicity was observed.

本研究采用抗应激实验的方法，观察新疆药用层孔菌对小鼠抗疲劳能力以及耐常压缺氧能力的影响，比较给药组与对照组小鼠存活的时间，对测试结果的方差分析及多重比较表明，药用层孔菌具有很好的补益作用，能增加小鼠的抗应激能力，同样条件下能延长小鼠的存活时

Newborn Balb/c mice were infected intracranially with CVB3 (10〓). Indirect immunofluorescent staining approved the infection. We monitored daily for overt signs of infection and pathological changes (nervous cell necrosis, edema, etc). The most severe signs and pathologic changes happened at the third day postinfection.

本实验又选用日龄为2-3天的新生Balb/c小鼠，以10〓CVB3标准株颅内接种，逐日观察CVB3引致小鼠脑组织感染的病理改变及症状一周，并以间接免疫荧光法证实小鼠脑内感染确立，结果显示：10〓CVB3导致小鼠颅内感染成立；小鼠出现明显的症状体征；组织学呈现明显的神经细胞变性、坏死及细胞内、外严重水肿，且以第三天为最重。

Chenopodium album,Solanum nigrum, and Amaranthus retroflexus were very susceptible to the herbicides. Polygonum persicaria and Abutilon theophrasti were relatively less susceptible to the herbicides, and Lycopersicon esculentum was not susceptible to it. The relationship between reduction rates of weed biomass and PPM values of weed leaves 2,4, and 6 days after treatment was established.

供试的6种杂草对该混剂的敏感性存在显著差异：红心藜Chenopodium album、龙葵Solanum nigrum和反枝苋Amaranthus retroflexus对该混剂最敏感，ED90值分别为47.65、71.67和29.17g/hm2；春蓼Polygonum persicaria和苘麻Abutilon theophrasti敏感，ED90值分别为96.91、114.20g/hm2；而番茄不敏感。
