Experiments on decalcification and activation of osteoinductive ability, comparison between the osteogenesis of demineralized bone matrix in orthotopic and in heterotopic sites, and correlation between immune response to allograft of bone and osteoinductive activity of the graft, were reported in this paper. 1. Syngeneic deminerolized bone matrix and the mixture of DBM with bone ash or acid-soluble protein extracted from demineralization was implanted into muscle pouch of mice, subsequently, the inhibition of DBM osteoinduction by bone ash or acid-soluble protein was demonstrated with histological and by means of alkaline phosphatase assay.

本文对脱钙处理使骨诱导活性表达的作用、脱钙骨基质植入不同部位的成骨表现，以及同种异体骨移植引发的免疫反应与骨诱导活性的内在关系三方面进行了研究：（1）在小鼠肌肉植入同系脱钙骨基质及其与脱钙所去除的骨矿盐和酸溶性蛋白混合物，碱性磷酸酶和组织学检查表明：骨矿盐和酸溶性蛋白具有抑制脱钙骨基质骨诱导活性的作用。

No synarthrophysis, wound infection, implant disrupture, screw loose, patellar fracture or vascular nerve injury was observed in three groups of patients; There were 12 cases presenting anterior knee pain in the B-TP-B autograft group and 5 cases presenting posterior knee pain in the semitendinosus tendon graft group.

半腱肌腱重建组5例有不同程度的膝后痛。3组膝周痛发生率的组间差异有显著性意义(P=0)，自体骨-髌腱-骨组最高，半腱肌组次之，异体骨-髌腱-骨最低。3组术后发热时间组间比较发现，异体骨髌腱骨高于自体骨髌腱骨和自体半腱肌组(P=0)。

Of all materials available, calcium phosphate cement is an important biomaterial for hard tissue repair because of its chemical and crystallographic similarity to the carbonated apatite in bones and has received considerable attention. CPC consists of a mixture of fine particles of calcium phosphate salts, the CPC powder can be mixed with water to form a thick paste that can conform to osseous defects to form degradable hydroxyapatite, therefore, CPC's moldability, together with its excellent biocompatibility and osteoconductivity, make it a highly desirable material for orthopaedic repair.

头骨的主要特征是：枕骨的颈交不发达，眶上突不与颧弓相连，无眶上孔；颞骨岩部形成半球形鼓泡，鼻骨与颌前骨的鼻突之间不形成鼻颌切迹；泪骨几乎无颜面部；颌前骨的鼻突发达；上颌骨外面无面嵴；腭骨发达；犁骨腹缘后部不与鼻腔底壁接触；下颌骨支下缘无血管切迹、垂直部后下方有一角突。

The results indicate that both have well-developed nasals, frontal, opisthotic, and squamosal bones, but they have no orbitosphenoid, basisphenoid, pseudomesia bar, or supplemental maxilla.

研究结果表明：2种鱼均有发达的鼻骨、额骨、后耳骨和鳞片骨，上颌口缘由前颌骨构成，犁骨上具齿，上枕骨与额骨相接，左右顶骨分离，无眶蝶骨、基蝶骨、伪头中骨和辅上颌骨。

METHODS: From January 2000 to May 2002, 52 cases with various types of bone defect were treated with tissue engineered bone, which was constructed in vitro by allogeneous osteoblasts from periosteum 1 x 10(6/ml with bio-derived bone scaffold following 3 to 7 days co-culture. Among them, there were 7 cases of bone cyst, 22 cases of non-union or malunion of old fracture, 15 cases of fresh comminuted fracture of bone defect, 4 cases of spinal fracture and posterior route spinal fusion, 3 cases of bone implant of alveolar bone, 1 case of fusion of tarsotarsal joint.

2000年1月～ 2002年1月，用同种异体骨膜来源的成骨细胞 1×106 / ml与生物衍生骨支架材料构建的组织工程骨，经体外培养 3～ 7天后，植入修复52例各种类型的骨缺损，其中骨囊性病变7例，陈旧性骨折不愈合或畸形愈合 2 2例，新鲜粉碎性骨折伴骨缺损 15例，脊柱骨折后路植骨融合术4例，牙槽骨植骨 3例，足跗中关节植骨融合 1例。

The adantages of dual grafts for bridging defects are as follows:(1) mechanical fixation is better than fixation by a single onlay bone graft;(2) the two grafts add strength and stability;(3) the grafts form a trough into which cancellous bone may be packed; and (4) during healing the dual grafts, unlike a single graft, preent contracting fibrous tissue from compromising transplanted cancellous bone.

双侧植骨桥接骨缺损的优点包括：①机械固定作用比单侧贴附植骨更好；②双侧植骨可增加强度和稳定性；③双侧的植骨可形成一骨槽，可在其中压紧松质骨；④与单侧植骨不同，双侧植骨在愈合过程中可防止挛缩的纤维组织危害移植的松质骨。

Nowadays, bone defect has become one of the most important disease which threat people's living quality severely. Today, the most common methods used to healing bone defects include: Autogenous bone grafts and allogenic bone grafts. But autogenous bone grafts have a shortage on donor, difficult to make shape and will bring a complicate disease on donor site; allogenic bone grafts often follow with graft rejective reaction, and have a potential risk of propagation of many disease.

目前，主要应用于临床骨缺损修复的方法有自体骨移植和异体骨移植等，但自体骨移植存在材料来源有限、供骨部位的损伤以及塑形困难等问题；异体骨移植也有潜在的疾病传播隐患以及移植排斥反应等严重后果，因此无论自体骨移植还是异体骨移植均无法完全满足需求，临床急需寻找一种安全有效的骨移植替代材料。

RESULTS:① Gross observation: At 2 weeks, there were no differences between the two groups, and the materials were connected to bone bed with fibrous tissues. At 4 and 8 weeks, there was more new callus in biologic active bone group than in biologic bone group. At 12 weeks, some bionic biphasic ceramic-like biologic active bone were absorbed and new bone regenerated in biologic active bone group, being similar to appearance of host bone, but there were few callus in biologic bone group.

结果：①大体观察：生物活性骨组和生物骨组术后2周时无明显差别，材料与骨床间为纤维组织连接。4周及8周可见生物活性骨组断端周围新生骨痂较多，将材料包绕，12周时可见材料部分吸收，新生骨长入，修复段塑型较好，基本接近宿主骨外形。12周时，生物骨组仅在骨折端有少量骨痂连接。
