By the end of 24 weeks, new bone had bridged the gap between the proximal and distal fragments in DCN bone cements and DC bone cements. By histomorphological detection in DCN bone cements, Abundant of chondral and new bone islands were seen at the site of defects 4 weeks after the operation and a number of new bones formed and enlarged by both enchondral ossification and appositional formation by the 8th weeks.

研究发现，DCN骨水泥植入4周大量间充质细胞分化，在材料与骨端之间出现一层软骨细胞，软骨细胞继续增生并向编织骨分化；8周材料降解的同时，小梁骨出现；12周新骨长入材料并已经基本替代完成，形成初步骨性连接；24周骨缺损完成骨性连接，新骨进行结构改建，材料内部形态结构明显变化。

Calcium sulfate has been used for bone regenation in oral medicine. Osteopontin, a marker molecule, expressed by osteoblast, plays multiple roles in human body. However, the effect of calcium sulfate on osteopontin expressed in osteoblasts is unclear. In this study, U-2 osteosarcoma osteoblastic cells were cultured in 0, 0.5, 1, or 10 μM calcium sulfate hemihydrate. There was no effect in the proliferation of cells, suggesting that calcium sulfate up to 10 μM is biocompatible. The cells and conditioned media were collected for analyzing mRNA and protein levels of osteopontin by reverse-transcription polymerase chain reaction and Western blot, respectively.

Results: MR examination of bone contusion were mostly less than two weeks, but a few patients were longer than one year: STIR, TIWI were more sensitive lesion detection series in hone contusion (100% and 95.7%). Bone contusion mostly occur at knee, and lesions mainly distributed in the margin area of articular (69.8%), in superior portion of vertebral body(74.l%). Bone contusion following-up showed a line-like hyperostosis and osteosclerosis in contusion area. Histological manifestations of bone contusion were local trabecular micro fractures, edema, hemorrhage and injury of fat tissue.

结果：1多数骨挫伤MRI检查在两周内完成，少数病人时间超过1年；2检出骨挫伤敏感的MRI序列为STIR及T1W/I（100%及95.7%）；3膝关节是骨挫伤的好发部位，病灶主要分布于骨边缘区(69.8%)，在脊柱主要分布于椎体上缘终板下(74.1%)；4骨挫伤影像随访提小病变区出现线状骨质修复，骨髓水肿吸收；5骨挫伤病理为骨小梁显微骨折，骨髓水肿、出血和脂肪损伤。

结果 ①骨痂组织骨组织形态计量学结果发现：OPFM组成熟小梁骨占骨痂面积比CFM组小，且小梁骨厚度变薄、小梁骨间距较宽；同时骨小梁动力学参数显示：OPFM组骨小梁表面荧光标记百分比较CFM组低，而骨矿化沉积率却较高。

结果： 共用此方法治疗10例病人，全部是属于严重开放性粉碎性骨折，而且都是骨外露，由于骨髓炎、骨不连，经用各种常规手术及治疗未获成功，使用大块病骨切除，外固定架加压压缩固定，同时在干骺端用自行研制的针锯目的：探索治疗胫骨骨髓炎、骨不连的新方法。方法：将病灶病骨大块切除，用外固定支架缩短加压固定病骨切除骨的两断端，同时在干骺端用自行研制的针锯潜行截骨，用同一支架进行缓慢延长，恢复肢体长度。
