觉悟

Thus this chapter is entitled: The Science of Self-Realization.

所以本章的标题为：自我觉悟的科学。

So, begrudgingly, I realized that the only way out of my suffering is through self-realization.

我知道想要脱离受苦的唯一途径就是通过觉悟。

If you are so inclined, you can degenerate into a pointless sensualism, in which you are interested only in physical sensations, not in elevating your consciousness and growing as a human being.

如果你如此沉溺其中，你可能堕落到一种无意义的肉欲主义，就是只对身体感觉有兴趣，而非提高你的觉悟，成为一个真正的人。
