We use the filtered variables to build Ridge estimation equation, and calculate the multiple correlation coefficient, at the same time passed the correlation test of the Ridge estimation equation; we built forward neural network model based on SCG method and momentum method under the MATLAB 6.5 situation, when estimating the fuel load of the sampled plots, the average precision of the artificial neural network model is 89.51%.

利用筛选出的自变量构建岭估计方程，并通过了岭估计方程的相关检验；在MATLAB6.5环境下构建基于SCG法和动量法的前向神经网络模型，在对所设置实验样地可燃物估测中人工神经网络模型估测的平均精度为89.5%。

The methods of mechanical compression, chemical extraction, soxhlet extraction and supercritical CO2 extraction were taken to extract the oil in perilla seed. With oil yielding rate of perilla seed after extraction as investigation index, the suitable extraction method for oil in perilla seed was screened.

方法］采用机械压榨法、化学萃取法、索氏提取法和超临界CO2萃取法提取紫苏子油，以紫苏子萃取后的出油率为考察指标，筛选适宜的紫苏子油的提取方法。

The total DNA has been extracted from the fresh leaves of 4 medicinal species of pteridophyte with CTAB, SDS, to compare their effects on DNA extraction. The result shows that the optimum preparation method obtained to extract high-quality DNA lays theoretic and practical base for PCR amplification and primer design, for filtrating related gene of the active elements from leaves of the four pteridophytes.

以四种药用蕨类的叶片为材料，采用改进的CTAB法、SDS法分别对四种蕨类进行了总DNA提取效果的比较分析，结果表明，通过实验获得最佳的DNA提取方法，为PCR扩增，引物设计，为筛选四种药用蕨类中的活性成份的相关基因奠定理论和实践基础。

A gold immunostrip for rapid detection of Chloramphenicol was developed based on competitive immunochromatographic assay. And the mixtures of saccharose, dextran, polyvinylpyrrolidone, polyethylene glycol, bovine serum albumin, tween20 and antiseptic, etc, as protectants were designed and prepared. Different part of the strip was treated with the protectants, and then thermo-stability of the strip was investigated with storage at 4℃, 37℃ and 60℃.

根据竞争性金免疫层析法原理，研制了氯霉素速测金标试纸条，并选择了蔗糖、葡聚糖、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮、聚乙二醇、牛血清蛋白、表面活性剂Tween20、防腐剂等物质，采用经验尝试法配制了一系列的配方，对试纸条不同部位进行处理，通过37℃和60℃下热稳定性测试，并与未经稳定剂处理的对照进行比较，筛选出适宜的试纸条保护剂。

According to breeding objective and the study on characteristics of wild southernwood resources, the plant types of southernwood were directionally screened by derived system method and group mixed method, the selected population were purified and their characters were identified, the variety comparative tests in muti-sites for many years were conducted for the purified types that passed identification.

方法］根据育种目标和对青蒿野生资源特征特性的研究，采用派生系统法和集团混合法对青蒿植株类型进行定向筛选，对中选群体进行纯化和性状鉴定，对通过鉴定的纯化类型进行多年多点品种比较试验。

Methods The antimicrobial peptide of M. domestica pupa were produced largely by infection and injury, which were isolated and purified by trituration, centrifugalization and column chromatography of AKTA purifier. Then the antimicrobial peptides with anti-Toxoplasma activity were selected by haemacytometry and MTT colorimetric method.

通过损伤加感染的方法诱导家蝇蛹大量表达抗菌肽，然后经过研磨、离心和AKTA purifier层析等步骤，将家蝇蛹抗菌肽进行分离纯化，采用血细胞计数法和MTT比色法筛选对弓形虫速殖子有抑制作用的抗菌肽。

objective to isolate and purify the antimicrobial peptides with anti-toxoplasma gondii activity isolated from the haemlymph of musca domestica larvae.methods the antimicrobial peptides of musca domestica larvae were induced by infection and injury were isolated and purified by trituration,centrifugalization and column chromatography.then the antimicrobial peptides with anti-toxoplasma activity were sieved by mtt colorimetric method and haemacytometry.results it was found that two antimicrobial peptides had anti-toxoplasma activity through resource s cationic column chromatography and superdex g75 gel column chromatography.conclusion the two antimicrobial peptides with anti-toxoplasma activity existing in the haemlymph of musca domestica larvae had different anti-toxoplasma effect.
