For finding a suitable sorbent for a-methylstyrene in the process of producing phenol from cymene, the pore structure and pore size distribution of four coconut-shell activated carbon were analyzed and characterized by different methods (BET, t-plot and BJH) according to their nitrogen adsorption isotherms.

为了筛选在异丙苯法生产苯酚工艺中吸附分离α-甲基苯乙烯的吸附剂，测定了4种椰壳活性炭材料的氮吸附等温线，并用BET模型、t图法、BJH理论等方法对孔结构进行分析与表征。

Methods Eukaryotic expression plasmid pCMVCD was constructed , and identified by re2 striction endoenzyme digestion. CD gene was transfected into NSCs from new2born Wistar rats using Lipofec2tamine2000. Positive clones (named NSCs/ CD cells) were screened by G418 presence. 52Fluorocytosine (52FC) ad2ministration of different concentrations were incubated with NSCs/ CD cells. NSCs/ CD cells viability ratios were mea2 sured by MTT assay.

通过构建真核表达质粒pCMVCD ，限制性内切酶消化鉴定后，采用Lipofectamine 2000 脂质体介导法转染新生大鼠室管膜下区神经干细胞(Neural stemcells ， NSCs)，G418 筛选阳性克隆，加入不同浓度的52氟胞嘧啶(52Flourocytosine ， 52FC)，MTT比色法测定NSCs的生存率。

With the competent germinating epicotyl of cotton as receptor in exogenous gene transformation, NPTII (neomycin phosphotransferase Ⅱ) gene carrying selection marker and GFP reporter gene were mediated into cotton by agrobacterium-mediated transformation. The pre-culture time, bacterial-immersing time, co-culture time and antibiotics concn., etc of using agrobacterium-mediated transformation in the transformation of competent germinating epicotyl of cotton were studied.

Methods:(1) Dissoluble PGN and CpG DNA were immobilized onto the surface of biotin cuvette for establishing target. Another effective tracking approach was established by immobilizing Escherichia lipid A F583 onto the surface of Non-derivatised cuvett. The biosensor technology was applied to screen anti-inflammatory TCM targeting on three key molecules.(2) The active compositions were isolated by AB-8 macroreticular resin from lycium bark. After the activities of compositions were evaluated, the most effective compositions was confirmed. In vitro, the affinities of different concentrations composition E binding with PGN, CpG DNA and lipid A were measured separately. The effect of composition E on vigor of RAW264.7 cells were tested by MTT and CCK-8, and its inhibition on TNF-α, which was released from RAW264.7 cells induced by PGN, CpG DNA and LPS, was also tested by ELISA. In vivo, murine sepsis models were made by intravenously heat-killed E.coli and heat-killed S.aureus, then protection of composition E on mice sepsis model were observed.

(1)将PGN及CpG DNA包被于生物素样品池，将lipid A包被于非衍生样品池，分别建立以PGN、CpG DNA及lipid A为靶点的技术平台，对114种抗炎中药水提物进行筛选、评价其活性物质含量，并评估出针对上述三种病原分子均具有较高结合活性的中药；(2)利用生物传感器跟踪检测技术、大孔吸附树脂分离技术，从地骨皮中定向分离与PGN、CpG DNA及lipid A均具有较高亲和力的活性组分；在体外实验中，测定不同浓度活性组分与PGN、CpG DNA及lipid A亲和力；MTT法及CCK-8法检测活性组分对RAW264.7细胞活力的影响；ELISA法检测活性组分对PGN(2μg/ml)、CpG DNA(10μg/ml)及LPS(100ng/ml)刺激小鼠RAW264.7细胞分泌TNF-α的抑制作用；在体内实验中，采用尾静脉注射致死剂量热灭活大肠杆菌和热灭活金黄色葡萄球菌，建立细菌脓毒症小鼠模型，观察活性组分对脓毒症模型小鼠的保护作用。

The A3-to infuse noodle is to heat cooked noodle with boiling water for eating. We selected thirty health adults who had the average BMI value at 28±3kg/m2. Nutrition assessment including height, weight, biochemical data dietary analysis were examined before and after weight loss. Also, we compared the difference of basal metabolism rate of solid state dietotherapy and liquid form of diet plan on them.

本实验筛选了三十位BMI平均为28±3公斤/2之健康成年人，摄食了四周的A3泡面后，比较治疗前和治疗后在血液生化值、BMI值、体脂肪值及毛发中微量元素含量之变化，分别进行体位测定，饮食调查(包括24小时饮食回忆法；三天饮食纪录法及食物频率问卷法)，并抽血，检验血液中基本生化值及一般血液常规成份之浓度，并做了固态式代餐及液态式代餐在基础代谢率之不同点。
