I wish out to the hazel wood 我想出来的榛木

Because a fire was in my head 由于火灾是在我的脑海

And I cut and peeled a hazel wand 我切去皮榛棒

And hooked a berry with a thread 并挂有螺纹浆果

And when white moths were on the wing 而当白蛾是在翼

And moth-like stars were flickering out 和蛾般的恒星闪烁出

I dropped a berry in a stream 我流下降浆果

And caught a little silver trout. 并抓住了小银鳟鱼。

   

When I had laid it on the floor 当我在地板上奠定了它

I went to blow the fire aflame 我去炸火火熊熊

But something rustled on the door 可是，我簌簌门

And someone called me by by name. 有人叫我用的名字。

It had become a glimmering girl 它已成为一个若隐若现的女孩

With apple blossoms in her hair 在她的头发苹果花

Who called me by my name and ran 谁用我的名字叫我就跑

And faded through the brightening air. 并通过增亮空气逐渐消退。

   

Though I am old with wandering 虽然我老了徘徊

Through hollow lands and hilly lands 透过镂空的土地和丘陵区

I will find out where she has gone 我会找出她已经

And kiss her lips and take her hands 亲吻她的嘴唇，并把她的双手

And walk among long dappled grass 长斑驳的草中漫步

And pluck till time and times are done 和采摘，直到时间和次数都做了

The silver apples of the moon, 月亮的银苹果，

The golden apples of the sun 太阳的金苹果
