The data shoewed that esculetin, resveratrol enhanced LPL expression up to about 1.2 ~3.5 fold compared with the control group. In addition to fibrates, however, no effect on LPL expression by curcumin was observed. We concluded that esculetin and resveratrol enhanced LPL expression on CHO-K1 cell. We hope that we can apply these drugs to mutant form LPL, furthermore apply theses drugs into clinical treatment.

利用药物处理有转染带有完整人类脂蛋白解脂酶启动子和脂蛋白解脂酶cDNA 序列(-1715 ~+1643)质体的CHO-K1细胞，从细胞培养液以及细胞溶解物中发现，除了curcumin之外所有药物都可以使得细胞培养液以及细胞溶解液内的脂蛋白解脂酶活性有1.2至3.5倍的上升，由此结果可知除了curcumin外，esculetin和白藜芦醇以及其他fibrate药物可降低三酸甘油脂血症。

Materials and Methods: According to authoritative clinical diagnosis standards and evaluation standards, 90 cases of outpatients and inpatients were selected as the research subjects. These patients of H.pylori associated alimentary disease all failed on routine triple therapy and belonged to deficiency-cold of spleen and gaster, damp-heat of spleen and gaster as well as stagnant blood of gaster. 90 cases were divided into three groups stochastically. Among these patients, 30 cases were served as contrast groupⅠ treated by "Omeprazole, Clarithromycin, Metronidazole", 30 cases were served as contrast groupⅡtreated by "Omeprazole, Levofloxacin, Ornidazole", the other 30 cases were served as observation group treated by "Qingyou Soup" associated with above-mentioned routine medicines. The period of treatment of all three groups was 2 weeks.

资料与方法：根据2007年《第三次全国Hp共识会议》制定的Hp感染临床诊断标准、根除标准，以及2002年《中药新药临床研究指导原则》的病例选择标准、中医辨证标准、临床疗效判断标准，选择经西医常规三联疗法根除失败的Hp感染相关消化疾病，且中医辨证属脾胃虚寒、脾胃湿热、胃络瘀血证的门诊和住院患者90例，随机分为对照组Ⅰ、对照组Ⅱ、治疗组，对照组Ⅰ30例予常规三联药物&奥美拉唑、克拉霉素、甲硝唑&治疗，对照组Ⅱ30例予新三联药物&奥美拉唑、左氧氟沙星、奥硝唑&治疗，治疗组30例予中药方剂&清幽汤&联合上述常规三联药物治疗，三组均以1周为一个疗程，共治疗2个疗程。

There were a certain relationship between haemoconcentration and tess score（p.05）,tess score influence male sexual function.conclusion:within a certain chloropromazine ＆clozapine haemoconcentration,higher haemoconcentration,higher impairment to sexual function,there were significant relationship between haemoconcentration and sexual function;also severely side effect with the haemoconcentration higher,there were a certain relationship between haemoconcentration and side effect,side effect also influence male sexual function.

药物血浓度与tess评分呈现一定相关性（p.05），对性功能产生影响(p.05)。结论：氯丙嗪、氯氮平的药物在一定范围内血浓度越高，对男性性功能影响越大，呈现显著正相关；而药物的副反应随血药浓度递增而增大，显现出一定的正相关性，对性功能产生一定影响。
