Objective:To evaluate the helical CT features of miliary tuberculosis and pneumoconiosis so that improving the correct diagnosis of the miliary lung diseases.

方法收集经临床证实的43例粟粒型肺结核和28例尘肺的螺旋CT资料，观察肺粟粒结节的分布、大小，肺内有无毛玻璃征，肺门、纵隔淋巴结增大和钙化，以及肺内并发病灶。

方法收集经临床证实的34例粟粒型肺结核和54例粟粒性肺转移瘤的螺旋CT资料，观察肺粟粒结节的分布、大小，肺密度，肺门、纵隔淋巴结增大及肺内并发病灶。

ConclusionGR mRNA upregulation in lung tissue could be one of the mechanism of glucocorticoid's effective cure for pulmonary fibrosis,and GR mRNA downregulation in lung tissue in renalyang asthenia syndrome could be one of cause of glucocorticoid's noneffective therapy for pulmonary fibrosis,in addition,the Chinese traditional medicine with warming Yang effect could be effective therapy for pulmonary fibrosis.

结论肺组织GRmRNA表达的上调是糖皮质激素防治肺纤维化之所以有效的机理之一，而肾阳虚状态下肺纤维化肺组织GRmRNA表达下调是临床上许多肺纤维化病人对糖皮质激素不敏感的原因之一，同时，温阳药也极可能具有防治肺纤维化的作用。

These results suggested that the lung Fib were activated and produced excess HA, resulting in the excessive accumulation of HA within the lung at the stage of alveolitis during the process of pulmonary fibrosis. However, increased HA synthesis of lung Fib and increased HA levels in BALF merely reflect the intensity of alveolitis and the disease activity rather than the degree of pulmonary fibrosis.

以上结果提示：肺Fib在肺纤维化的早期肺泡炎阶段就处于活化状态，产生HA增多，导致肺内HA的过多聚积，肺Fib产生HA增多和BALF中HA水平的增高可反映肺泡炎的强度和疾病的活动性，但并不能反映肺胶原代谢或纤维化的程度。

The distribution was different in various multiple cavitary lung diseases.Local multiple onset was particularly prevalent in cavitary pulmonary tuberculosis,scattered multiple onset was particularly prevalent in various infected cavitary lung diseases,diffuse multiple onset was particularly seen in cavitary pulmonary metastases.

多发性肺空洞病变的肺内分布形式不同，局部多发多见于结核性肺空洞病变，散在多发多见于感染性肺空洞病变，弥漫多发多见于肺转移瘤空洞。

Bronchiolitis obliterans is the most disturbing complication following lung transplantation. This study is to investigate whether prolonged ischemia would promote early establishment of BO Material and Methods Left lower lobectomy was performed from miniature swine. Lung fragments, each measured 1 cm3, contained terminal bronchioles were auto- or alloimplanted into the subcutaneous area around the nipples. These lung implants were removed on 7th; 14 th; 21 th; 28th and 56th days and were fixed for histological examination. Experimental group using the same procedures but the left lower lobe was washed with 4.degree.C Lactate ringer via interlobar artery before lobar bronchus was resected.

肺移植后的阻塞性细支气管炎是肺移植后最困扰的并发症，本研究的目的希望了解缺血时间的延长是否会促进阻塞性细支气管炎提早发生实验方法施行小猪的左下肺叶切除手术，将取下的肺切成含终末支气管1 公分立方的肺小块，以自体及异体异位肺移植模式，将植入小猪皮下的肺小块於植入后第7、14、21、28 及56 天取下，在病理下检示其病理变化，并利用原位灌留的方式将左下肺叶以4℃林格氏液灌洗后再摘除之，观察有无灌洗对於阻塞性细支气管炎生成的影响。

结果 17例患者均获病理确诊，其中结节病3例，肺泡蛋白沉积症2例，普通型间质性肺炎1例，闭塞性细支气管炎伴机化性肺炎1例，非特异性间质性肺炎1例，Castleman病1例，淋巴管平滑肌瘤病1例，肺泡细胞癌2例，类风湿性关节炎肺间质纤维化合并肺鳞癌伴肺内多发转移1例，肺淋巴管癌2例，肺鳞癌伴肺内淋巴管转移1例，肺原发性副神经节细胞瘤1例。
