Objectives To study the expressions of STAT1 and PDGF in lung tissue of pulmonary fibrosis model induced by bleomycin in rats, and discuss the possible mechanism.Methods Thirty Wistar rats were randomly divided into two groups (15 in each group), they were bleomycin group and control group.①The BLM group was intratracheally instilled with belomycin (5mg/kg);② NS group was intratracheally instilled with saline (5mg/kg).

目的 观察肺纤维化鼠肺组织信号转导和转录活化因子1（STAT1）和血小板源性生长因子表达的变化，探讨其在肺纤维化的作用机制方法 30只Wistar大鼠随机分博莱霉素组和对照组，①BLM组：气管内灌注BLM（5mg/kg）诱导肺纤维化；②NS组：气管内灌注NS。

Methods Twelve healthy volunteers, of them 5 smokers and another 7 nonsmokers, underwent right middle lobe bronchoalveolar lavage and transbronchial instillation of KLH into lingula. Dimeric and monomeric IgA, albumin and cellular differential count in BALF were measured. Serum anti-KLH IgA was tested at various days after instillation of antigen.

对12名健康志愿者(其中5名吸烟)行右肺中叶肺灌洗，分析肺灌洗中IgA型别、细胞分类计数、白蛋白含量，并从左肺舌肺叶内注入钥孔血蓝蛋白抗原，观察肺局部抗原免疫后血循环中特异性IgA抗体的免疫应答能力。

Prenatal EGF can improve pulmonary hypoplasia in the Nitrofen-induced CDH rat model, which was manifested as increased Lw/Bw and more mature histological and morphometrical pulmonary appearances. Moreover, EGF can promote type Ⅱ pneumocytes differentiation and increase their amounts, thus increase the production of surfactant.

EGF对大鼠先天性膈疝模型肺发育不良具有明显的改善作用，不仅可以促进肺组织生长，表现在肺重量／体重增加，肺组织形态得到明显改善，而且对Ⅱ型细胞有明显的促分化作用，Ⅱ型细胞密度增加，功能增强；而且随着EGF剂量的增加作用加强，当剂量为150ug／只（600ug／kg）时，作用较为明显。

Cases displayed simple slice infiltrative focus:③ Six eases with fungal pneumonia: 4 cases were pulmonary aspergillosis, in which 2 cases displayed multiple-slice shadow with cavity formation and 1 ease displayed multiple-tubercle shadow and 1 ease displayed single conglomerate shadow. 2 eases of pulmonary mucormycosis displayed diffuse spot slice and small slice shadow with partial fusion.

真菌性肺炎6例：4例为肺曲霉菌病，2例表现为两肺多发片状影伴空洞形成、1例表现为多发小结节影、1例表现为单发团块状影；2例肺毛霉菌病表现为两肺弥漫性斑片状、小片状影，部分融合。

Malondialdehyde production and total superoxide dismutase activity in samples of nondependent lung and dependent lung were detected and analysed in both groups on time of OLV 3hr and OLV 6hr to determine whether long-term OLV led to injury of the nondependent lung and whether the injury would be deteriorated by low-dose ALM.

通过对OLV 3hr及OLV 6hr时两组实验犬无通气肺与通气肺组织标本中丙二醛含量及总超氧化物歧化酶活力的测定，观察长时间OLV是否引起无通气肺组织损伤，并同时探讨小剂量ALM对无通气肺组织损伤的影响。

The Western blot results were consistent with those of immunohistochemical method. CONCLUSION: p38 MAPK expression increases in alveolar and airway epithelial cells in LPS induced acute lung injury rat models. The activation of p38 MAPK is found in most lung tissues, suggesting that p38 MAPK participates in the signal transduction in inflammatory and noninflammatory cells.

LPS诱发的大鼠急性肺损伤模型中，磷酸化p38 MAPK在气道和肺组织内表达增加，p38 MAPK的激活见于肺组织内多数细胞，提示肺内炎性和非炎性细胞均有p38 MAPK信号分子的激活。
