针对并行测试系统中不同UUT测试任务组的并行测试效率提高存在差异的现象，提出了测试任务的可并行性概念，以描述测试任务在并行测试过程中的固有属性。

In this flow a tradeoff of multiple test methods is adopted, which includes structural test, functional test and parametric test. Using the test mode of"stop as finding the fault"and based on the position of the first failure, we can label the faulty chips into different bins.

The method controls a whole operation process mainly through a PC, wherein the PC transmits a preset polarity parameter and an electric testing parameter to a PCI control module, and a light test parameter to a light test module, while the PCI control module transmits corresponding parameter signal to a polarity detection module and an electric test module; moreover, a fixture is started to carry out parameter testing, and then the data tested by the fixture is transmitted to the PC.

本发明主要是通过PC机来控制整个操作过程，其中PC机把预设极性参数、电测试参数传输给PCI控制模块，和由PC机把光测试参数传输给光测试模块，而PCI控制模块再把相应的参数信号传输给极性检测模块和电测试模块，并启动夹具进行参数测试，再把由夹具测试所得数据传输给PC机。

Considering the specialty of pseudo-random vector, a partial scan algorithm for BIST, which unifying the structure analysis and testability analysis, is presented in this paper. Then, the fault simulation experiments on ISCAS89 benchmark circuits by this algorithm is made, and the results, which made by the full scan algorithm and the partial scan algorithm only based on the structure analysis, is compared. The conclusion is achieved: for pseudo-random vector, compared with the full scan circuit and the circuit geted by partial scan algorithm only based on the structure analysis, the circuit geted by our partial scan algorithm can greatly reduce the test time with very close or even greater faults coverage and less area than the full scan.

考虑到伪随机测试向量的特殊性，本文借鉴确定性测试向量生成的部分扫描算法，在内建自测试环境中，提出一种综合结构分析和可测性分析的部分扫描算法，PSBAST，并运用此算法对ISCAS89 benchmark电路进行计算，并对经计算后得到的部分扫描电路进行故障模拟，最后将模拟结果与全扫描电路和一种仅考虑结构因素的部分扫描算法得到的结果进行详细分析和比较，结果表明：对于伪随机测试向量，相对于全扫描电路和由仅考虑结构因素的部分扫描算法得到的电路，本文提出的部分扫描算法得到的电路，能够在不低于全扫描结构故障覆盖率前提下，大幅度减少测试时间，并能降低测试面积开销。

In order to facilely perform testing on C or C++ programs, a prototype tool called CppTest is designed and implemented. It can employ three levels'testing, namely (1) structural testing in method level by analyzing program's constructs, instrumenting probes, redirecting I/O stream, etc.,(2) state-based class level testing through modeling state transition behaviors using an extended finite state machine from the class specifications, and (3) system level black-box testing with some traditional strategies such as equivalence partitioning and boundary-value analysis.

以目前普遍使用的C/C++程序作为测试对象，实现了一个能进行方法级、类级和系统级三个级别测试的原型系统CppTest：基于程序CFG图分析、探针插装和I/O重定向等技术，实现方法级结构性测试；按照需求规约运用EFSM对类的状态转换行为进行建模，并依此自动生成测试用例集，实现基于状态的类测试；在系统级别上，运用等价类划分、边界值分析等常规策略进行黑盒测试。

This dissertation lucubrates the architecture of ATS, hierarchical structure and resource models of testing software and the physical structure of hardware.

主要成果是：（1）研究了 ATS 执行机制，首次提出了基于虚拟仪器测试引擎的开放式 ATS 体系结构，从根本上实现了 ATS 硬件无关性和测试代码重用性；（2）研究了采用 IVI、IVI-MSS 和组件技术实现 ATS 仪器互换性的技术与方法，对实现 ATS 网络化奠定了基础；（3）研究开发了测试流程描述语言及相关仪器描述模型、开关矩阵描述模型、测试适配器描述模型，实现了测试软件的结构化和模块化，使大型复杂武器装备测试系统的开发与维护效率大大提高；（4）研究了与 ATS 体系结构相适应的硬件物理结构，该结构实现了 ATS 的通用性、开放性和可扩展性。

On the basis of the analysis of the influence of the object oriented language to software test, this article discusses the tactic and technology for object oriented software test, and proposes an idea and method to test the class as a basic test unit.
