Loose carapace and swollen cephalothorax were likely characteristic symptoms of white spot syndrome. There was probable relation between these symptoms and the reproduction of WSSV in penaeid shrimps.

甲壳下水肿和甲壳易剥离可能是斑节对虾白斑症的特征性病症；对虾外观病症的出现可能与对虾体内病毒的增殖相关联。

Results: The infected penaeid shrimps showed a rapid reduction in food consumption, lethargy, a pink to reddish-brown coloration and a loose carapace with white spots in succession, followed by ultimate death. The characteristic features of moribund shrimps were empty stomach, a pink to reddish-brown coloration, white spots on a loose carapace and swollen cephalothorax. The relative content of WSSV DNA in blood increased rapidly after the infected shrimp showed its first symptom of detestation of food.

结果：斑节对虾感染白斑症病毒后，依次表现出厌食、不活动、体色变红、甲壳出现白斑、反应迟钝直至侧卧死亡；濒死对虾的典型症状为空胃、红体、甲壳白斑、甲壳下水肿及甲壳易剥离；感染对虾出现拒食后，其血液中白斑症病毒 DNA的相对含量急剧增加。

The results showed that an incubation time of 8 hours is most suitable for the analysis of iNOS enzyme activity. The four methods could identify iNOS in shrimp haemocytes and analyze the activity effectively, thus provide a good way for the further study of role of iNOS in innate immunology of shrimps.

本文针对这一问题，系统研究了对虾在白斑综合症病毒感染和环境因子胁迫下先天性免疫因子的动态变化过程，筛选出了能够准确反映对虾健康状况的免疫因子，进而将其运用到对虾抵抗WSSV的机制和环境胁迫对对虾健康状况的影响的研究中。
