2 Adjustment to be according to the law and practice obtaining at the place where the adventure ends, as if the contract of affreightment contained no special terms upon the subject; but where the contract of affreightment so provides the adjustment shall be according to the York-Antwerp Rules.

8.2 共同海损的理算应按照航程终止地的法律和惯例办理，如同货运合同中不含有适用法律的特殊条款；但在货运合同已作规定的情况下，共损理算应按《约克安特卫普规则》办理。

On general average disbursements, other than the wages and maintenance of master, officers and crew and fuel and stores not replaced during the voyage, shall be allowed in general average, but when the funds are not provided by any of the contributing interests, the necessary cost of obtaining the funds required by means of a bottomry bond or otherwise, or the loss sustained by owners of goods sold for the purpose, shall be allowed in general average.

Article 92 The maritime court trying a case involving general average shall conclude the case within one year after placing the case on the docket.
