Upon the request of the litigants in patent disputes, the municipal intellectual property right bureau strictly followed the principle of "being strict on procedures, being standardized on law enforcement, being fair in results" together with the norm of "People Foremost" in mind, mediated about 14 patent disputes concerning the candleholder patents infringement, etc, in between 4 cases were put on record, 4 cases were closed. It effectively mediated the patent disputes between the litigants, strengthened patentees' independent innovation confidence, defended the fairly competitive market order.
