objective to evaluate dsa and percutaneous transluminal renal arterioplasty for the treatment of renovascular hypertension.methods 82 suspected patients with renovascular hypertension were given dsa examination.28 patients were treated by means of ptra while another 5 cases with unilateral kidney atrophy treated surgically.results 49 patients were normal,33 patients were abnormal,28 patients were treated by means of ptra.blood pressure had got to normal in 10 patients while in 13 patients bp dropped noticeably after ptra.the overall benefit rate was 82.1%.conclusion dsa and ptra are clinically effective for the treatment of renovascular hypertension.ptra is technically successful.

目的 评价经皮腔内肾动脉成形术治疗肾血管性高血压的价值。方法 82例全部行dsa检查，肾血管狭窄者行ptra术或外科手术，观察其治疗效果。结果 82例患者行肾动脉造影后血管正常者49例，异常者33例，其中单侧肾萎缩5例行外科手术（肾动脉搭桥1例），肾动脉狭窄28例行经皮腔内肾动脉成形术（血管内支架5例），术后10例血压降至正常或基本正常，13例血压得到改善，5例无效，总有效率达82.1%。结论 dsa检查和ptra术在诊断和治疗肾血管性高血压方面有明显的临床价值。高血压，肾血管性；数字减影血管造影术；经皮腔内肾动脉成形术

The main peaks of the EEG power spectra were in delta and theta frequency range. In the stage of ethanol exposure, the rats exhibited much more act of attack than the control, the alpha waves of EEG decreased, while the delta waves increased. The EEG power spectra analysis showed the delta power increased and the theta power decreased. In the stage of ethanol withdrawal, the rats showed some withdrawal behaviors such as wet dog shakes, sniffing, groomingand tonic-clonic seizures for audiogenic stimulus. Spikes and spike-slow waves were found in the EEG. In power spectra analysis, the delta power decreased while the alpha and the theta power increased, the EEG frequency band moved to the high-frequency rang. These changes were found obviously on the sixth day and disappeared on the 1 Oth day after the ethanol was removed.

本研究发现：1、对照组大鼠行为无异常，伏核EEG以α节律为主，散在出现δ和θ节律；功率主峰在δ和θ频段范围，整个过程中未发现手术对伏核EEG及脑电功率谱有影响。2、在慢性饮酒过程中，大鼠攻击性行为增加，伏核 EEG的α节律明显减少，散在出现的高幅慢活动δ波逐渐增多，功率谱分析表明δ频段功率百分比明显增加，而θ频段功率百分比明显减少，总功率减少。3、停饮后，大鼠出现湿狗样抖动、打喷嚏等撤药综合症，并且高频声音刺激能引发惊厥；伏核EEG出现棘波和棘慢综合波，并持续增多，功率谱分析显示δ频段功率百分比 5 南京医科大学硕士学位论文逐渐减少，而0和以频段功率百分比逐渐增加，总功率增加。

Result: In blood culture, Pseudomonas aeruginosa accounted for 23.5％ remained in the first place, while Staphylococcus epidermidis fell to the third place. RESULTS Among 327 specimens, cultures were positive in 320(97.9%),included 328 aerobe strains and 436 anaerobe strains.Most of the pathogenic bacteria were Gram negative.In aerobes,E.coli was the first (176 strains),while bacteroides were the first(216 strains) for anaerobes. In the positive cases, aerobic and anaerobic mixed infection were 64.7% while unitary aerobic and unitary anaerobic infection were only 25% and 10.3%, respectively.The drug sensitive rate of aerobes to the third generation cephalosporine was exceed 90%.The drug sensitive rate to metronidazole was 97.9%.

Results The highest drug use frequency was biguanide. There was 50.9% in the oral antidiabetic drug combination. Leading the first 3 places on the list of drug combination were sulfonylureas in combination with biguanide, sulfonylureas in combination with α-Glycosidace inhibitor, biguanide in combination with α-Glycosidace inhibitor, while there was 16.1% in 3 kinds combination. When oral antidiabetic drugs were combined with other drugs, combination with antihypertensives drugs led the fist, while with antihypertensives drugs led the second.

The optimal reaction conditions are as follows: the concentration of monomer AM was 30%, while DMDAAC was 5%; the reaction temperature was 30℃, the amount of initiators at the low temperature stage was 0.05‰(compared to the weight of the monomers joining the polymerization), while V-50 was 0.025‰, the weight ratio of potassium persulphate to sodium bisulphite is 1:1, the amount of carbamide was 40‰, and complexing agent was 0.05‰, besides, aerate nitrogen gas for 8min, then the high molecular weight polymer (M=1.217×10^7) could be got after 16h reaction.
