The methods, measures, steps and results for self-measurement are introduced according to her class management stages (i.e. management under guidance of headteachers, cooperation between teachers and students, self-management by students). Finally, the remaining tough issues during her experience are dissected and the author gives suggestions to perfect the management patterns.

本文以主体性理论、马斯洛需要层次理论、目标管理理论为依据，阐述了在班级管理中实施初中生自主管理的重要性；从目前初中生特点、初中班主任工作现状入手，分析当今班级管理的现实；从促进学生的社会化、优化班级管理效果、培养未来社会公民等方面分析了实施初中生自主管理的作用；从自己作为第一线班主任教师的工作实际中，分别介绍了班主任导管、师生共管、学生自管三个阶段实施初中生自主管理的手段、方法、具体措施及取得的成效；最后分析了自主管理实施过程中存在的诸多问题，为进一步更好的进行管理提出了建议。

Mental self-supporting of university students was a multi-level and multi-dimensional model. It included tow levels: the core trait and the basic trait. The core trait included autonomy , self-control ?sociality. The basic trait included self-conviction, self taking responsibility, goal management , self-solace % opening and containingx self-cognition and self-decide. 2 . Test-retest reliability , split-half reliability , internal concordance coefficient,content validity, construct validity and index validity of the mental self-supporting questionnaire of university students were good. This questionnaire could be used to test the mental self-supporting of university students.

有关研究结果如下：(1)大学生心理自立是一个多层次多维度的心理结构，可以划分为&核心特质&、&基本特质&两个层次，核心特质层次包含&自主性&、&自控—社会性&两个维度，基本特质层次包括&自我坚信&、&自我负责&、&目标管理&、&自我抚慰&、&开放包容&、&自我认识&、&自我做主&七个维度，(2)根据大学生心理自立结构的理论构想编制的《大学生心理自立问卷》的重测信度、折半信度、内部一致性信度、内容效度、构念效度、效标效度等信效度指标均较佳，该问卷可以作为评价大学生心理自立的适宜工具。

Results: The subjective well-being of the impoverished college students' was lower than that of non-impoverished students; self-condemning, the way of dealing with problems, subjective support, interpersonal conflicts and loss of mental support had an effect on subjective well-being of impoverished college students.

结果：贫困生的主观幸福感明显低于非贫困生；自责、解决问题、主观支持、人际矛盾和心理支持丧失四因素对贫困生主观幸福感有显著影响，解决问题、其他事件、退避、幻想这四个变量对非贫困生主观幸福感有显著影响。
