In this paper, the psychological managements are analyzed and discussed for the management of military college graduate. At the beginning, the significance of psychological management is given for military college management. Secondly, with the survey questionnaires as well as the individual interviews, all the aspects of psychological characters of military college graduates are analyzed and concluded, including learning, scientific research, networks, etc. Based on the basic theory of psychologics and management, refering to the identical characters, the relative micro-measures of management are provided in the aspects of learning psychological management system, establishing the scientific research inspirement's mechanism and setting up networks behavior regulations. Lastly, regarding to the deficiencies of rule managements, the macro-management' ideas are studied for the cultivations of psychological management abilities, literate educations and the harmonistic managements of the military college graduates.

The results showed that there were inadaptive responses,and there were significant differences (P＜0.01) among all levels. There were less inadaptive responses in the secondary nursing students than in the baccalaureate standard(P＜0.05) and college nursing students (P＜0.05); The Basic Physiologic Needs and the Role Mastery were not significantly difference among different level nursing students (P＞0.05); The difference in the self-Concept and in the interdependence was significant (P＜0.01). There were less inadaptive responses in the secondary nursing students than the BSN(P＜0.05) and college nursing students (P＜0.05) in the Self-concept; there were more inadaptive responses in the BSN than that in the college (P＜0.05) and secondary(P＜0.01) nursing students,and the difference was not significant among the college nursing students and secondary nursing students in the Interdependence.

Moreover, concerned that launching education for recreational sport in colleges and universities will accord with the requirement which higher education cultivate the all-round development human being, accord with the trait of epoch which social economy highspeed development. There exist close relationship between education for recreational sport and college P.E. reform. The direction of P.E. reform should be scientific, lifetime and leisurable in the future. Put the forward that construct an educational model of recreational sport in college, it will help college student foster their habit of lifetime sport and better leisure lifestyle.On the aspect of practice research, this paper analysis on the questionnaire called " The survey on the factors of constraints in recreational sport of college student", this investigation included four hundred students in five colleges and universities in Sichuan province.
