METHODS: The paraffin-embedded specimen of 95 cases of CRC, 57 cases of lateral tissues and 25 cases of metastatic lymphoid nodes were collected and constructed as tissue microarrays. The anormal expressions of EGF, EGFR, VEGF and COX-2 were evaluated by using the S-P method of IHC.

收集1997~1998年95例CRC原发灶、癌旁组织和转移淋巴结的石蜡标本，用组织阵列仪制备组织芯片；对组织芯片进行免疫组化染色，评估不同组织中EGF、EGFR、VEGF和COX-2的表达情况。

结果：15例转移瘤均表现为单发或多发低密度灶，囊肿型7例，结节型4例，巨块型4例。

The main imaging features of CT were included the solid portion of tumors enhancement, necrosis and cystiform degeneration within the mass, more than half of the mass lay outside the cavity in many cases, the CT imagings of metastasis were similar as primary tumors.

CT扫描表现为肿块实质部分静脉期强化较动脉期明显，瘤体内可见液化坏死、囊变，多数瘤体以腔外生长为主，邻近胃肠道壁无增厚，转移病灶与原发灶的CT表现相似。

Results The splenic infraction was showed triangular or unr egular low density regions which had no enhancement,Metastasis tumor of spleen had imaged cystiform low density single or several masses,The patho logicai presented little nodular or circle enhancement.Primary lymphoma of spleen had presented part range low density regions and uneven enhancement .

结果 脾梗塞呈三角形或不规则形低密度区，病变无强化；脾转移瘤为囊状低密度肿块，单发或多发，病灶呈小结节状或环形强化；脾原发恶性淋巴瘤，呈局灶性低密度区和不均匀强化。

WB-DWI is a sensitive, but less specific method for diagnosis of lymphoma. It is difficult to differentiate lymphomatous from metastatic lymph nodes. ADC value may provide help in diagnosis of lymph nodes malignancy.

WB-DWI诊断恶性淋巴瘤的敏感性高，而特异性不强，难以与原发灶不明的淋巴结转移癌相鉴别，ADC值有一定帮助但不具有特异性。

The CT criteria of cervical lymphy node were summarized and the clinical significance of the relationship between lymphy node matastasis and the primary tumor were discussed as well.
