转移灶

Presented with early artery enhancement and immediate wash out ,Two cases presented with wash in quickly and wash out slowly .The enhancement pattern of 36 liver metastatics cases was divided into the little blood provides group and the much blood provides group . The 5 cases of haemangioma were enhanced centripetally in portal phase and washed out after several minutes without arterial enhancement.

通过造影后的表现还可明确提示以下几个方面：（1）肿块内的坏死区；（2）在延迟相发现了肝内小转移灶，从而改变了临床治疗方案；（3）滋养动脉的显示；（4）门脉内栓子的鉴别诊断。36个转移性肝癌病灶分为少血供转移癌组和多血供转移癌组。6例肝血管瘤中5例均表现为向心性环行持续缓慢充填，另一例9mm的小血管瘤表现为完全、快速向心填充。

After transfection with human carbonic anhydrase Ⅱ cDNA, the lovo cells changed obviously with reduction in invasiveness,chemotaxy motor ability and tolerance. Conclusion Differential expression of proteins was found between colorectal cancer genesis and hepatic metastasisnegion.

结论结直肠癌原发灶和肝转移灶蛋白质组表达有显著差异，碳酸酐酶Ⅱ表达下调和精氨酸酶、谷胱甘肽S-转移酶A3增强表达可使结直肠癌细胞生物学行为发生改变并促进肝转移发生。

Results Osseous metastasis was found in 22 cases out of the 107 cases with the positive rate of 20.6%: osseous metastasis occurred in 4 cases with no osteodynia, single metastasis in 9 cases and multi-metastasis in 13 cases; the location of osseous metastasis ranged as follows: 61 metastasis in thoracic cage, 41 in pelvis, 39 in vertebral column, 8 in four limbs and 4 in skull; along with the prolongation of the follow-up, the positive rate of osseous metastasis increased.

结果 107例中发现骨转移22例，阳性率20.6%。其中无骨痛患者发生骨转移4例，单发转移9例，多发转移13例。发现骨转移灶的部位依次为胸廓(61处)、骨盆(41处)、脊柱(39处)、四肢(8处)及头颅(4处)。随乳腺癌术后回访年限的增加，骨转移阳性率增加。

Methods The expression of P73 in 92 cases of colorectal carcinoma tissue, 10 cases of colorectal polypous adenoma tissues, 34 cases of lymph node metastasis, 16 cases of liver metastasis, and 10 cases of normal colorectal tissues were measured by PV immunohistochemical approach.

选取92例大肠癌组织标本，腺瘤10例，淋巴结转移灶34例，肝转移灶16例，癌旁正常组织10例，通过免疫组化PV-9000通用型二步法检测P73在上述标本中的表达，分析P73在原发灶，转移灶，癌旁正常组织中的表达情况，与大肠癌临床病理参数的关系。

Expression of β-catenin in metastatic carcinomas was significantly lower than that in primary colon carcinomas (p.01). expression of e-cadherin in metastatic carcinoma was significantly lower than that in primary colon carcinoma(p.01),especially in tubiform adenocarcinoma and well and moderately differentiated carcinoma.

结果］ 原发灶及其淋巴结转移灶中β-结肠术后多久的正常表达率分别为23.46%和4.94%，原发灶中术后多久高于转移灶(p.01)，尤其是高中分化病例，转移灶中异位表达率显著高于原发灶(45.68%比28.40%，p.01)，尤其是管状腺癌；原发灶中β-cat表达强度显著高于转移灶(p.01)。e-cad的表达强度在原发灶显著高于转移灶(p.01)，尤其是管状癌症治疗和高中分化病例。

The metastasis in the RRSO patient was clinically occult, unilateral, 0.2 cm, and demonstrated mild atypia without mitoses. Abundant foamy, vacuolated cytoplasm due to neoadjuvant chemotherapy exposure was notable.

那例RRSO伴卵巢转移的患者，其临床表现隐匿，单侧转移，转移灶0.2cm大小，灶内癌细胞中度不典型，胞浆丰富、空泡样显著，无分裂相。

(1)In NSCLC, the overexpression of Ezrin and the abnormal expression of E-cadherin were correlative with primary carcinoma with metastatic carcinoma. The expressions of Ezrin and E-cadherin in primary NSCLC tissues and in metastatic carcinoma of lymph nodes were different. All of these suggested that the overexpression of Ezrin and the abnormal expression of E-cadherin may promote tumor metastasis. The investigation of Ezrin and E-cadherin may be useful for offering one method to prevent tumor from metastasizing.

Results: p53 alterations were found in exons 5 through 9 at 26 of 41 patients (63％).

结果：41例被检病人中26例呈p53变异（63％，其中6例仅在肝转移灶发现p53变异，其余均为原发灶、转移灶一致性的变异。
