Immunotherapy is a kind of tumour treatment with bright future on improving power for killing tumour cell by starting active immunity energy of self in order to monitor cell variety, eliminate remaining carcinoma focus, to avoid transition and relapse,to increase cure rate of tumour, to prolong living time and to improve living quality etc'4'.

实验目的向周围组织浸润和从原发灶转移到其它组织器官并形成继发肿瘤是恶性肿瘤的主要生物学特征，也是影响治疗效果和患者预后的重要因素。

The enhancement pattern of 6 liver metastasis was diverse,including peripheral or entire degree enhancement in the arterial or portal phase with slow or fast wash-out. The 6 cases of hemangioma were enhanced centripetally in portal phase and washed out after several minutes and the other 2 nodule cases with entire enhancement.

结果］14例原发肝癌中10例呈典型表现，为"快进快出"。6例肝转移癌表现多样，动脉期可呈环形或整体增强，肝恶性肿瘤的消退时间早于其他肝脏局灶性病变（P＜0.05），门脉期或延迟期表现为相对低回声。6例肝血管瘤有其特有征象动脉期开始缓慢向心性结节环形增，持续数分钟后才消退。

The average ADC was lower in the primarily focus of nasopharyngeal non cornification anaplastic carcinoma and metastatic lymph nodes than normal control group.

结果 鼻咽非角化型未分化癌不同中医证型的平均ADC值的差异有显著统计学意义(x2=15.987，P＝0.000)，火毒困结型的平均ADC值明显高于痰浊结聚型、气血凝结型，且差异有显著统计学意义(P＜0.01)；鼻咽非角化型未分化癌原发灶及其转移性颈部、咽后淋巴结的平均ADC值均低于对照组，且差异有显著统计学意义(P＜0.01)。

The malignant tumors included osteogenic osteosarcoma,metastasis tumor(six patients,two with pathologic fractures),chondrosarcoma,malignant fibrous histiocytoma (three patients,one with pathologic fracture),fibrosarcoma,and solitary myeloma.all patients received limb savage procedure with custom knee prosthesis including sevnteen cases of hinge joint and twentyone cases of posterior stability joints.

回顾分析我院接受定制型人工关节置换进行保肢治疗的股骨远端肿瘤患者38 例，其中良性肿瘤9 例，分别是骨巨细胞瘤7例(复发性骨巨细胞瘤5 例，骨折2例)，骨巨细胞瘤合并动脉瘤样骨囊肿1 例，骨母细胞瘤1 例；恶性肿瘤29 例，分别是成骨性骨肉瘤16 例，转移性肿瘤6例(骨折2例)，软骨肉瘤2 例，恶性纤维组织细胞瘤3例(骨折1例)，纤维肉瘤1 例，局灶性骨髓瘤1 例。

Results:In experimental group,all 20 rats have unifocal masses and S-100 protein without extracerebral metabasis and the extracranial extension. The size, the site and morphology of all tumors are almost the same.

结果：脑胶质瘤组，20只大鼠经MRI平扫、增强扫描和形态学检查证实均有单灶肿块，且肿瘤部位、大小、形态基本一致，无脑外转移和颅外扩散，经免疫组织化学染色检测S-100蛋白均为阳性。

C6 gliomaous cells can be stereotactically implanted into the right caudate nuclei of the rats which may reproduce unifocal masses without extracerebral metabasis and extracranial extension. Gadolinium-enhanced MRI scan can follow the growth of the rat brain glioma.

目的 探讨血管内皮生长因子C及其受体Flt-4在人非小细胞肺癌组织中的表达及其与淋巴结转移等临床病理特征的关系方法采用免疫组化S-P法检测60例NSCLC原发灶组织、10例癌旁组织、32例伴有肺癌转移的淋巴结组织中VEGF-C、Flt-4的表达，并将结果与肺癌的临床病理特征进行分析。

Of all these patients, the eyelid in 10 cases, parotid in 2cases, external auditory meatus in 5 cases, maxillofacial in 7 cases, neck portion in 4 cases, neck lymph node metastasis in 3 cases. They were treated with surgical operation, radical therapy and chemistry therapy.

结果 皮脂腺癌确诊需要免疫组化检测，而罕见的腮腺皮脂腺癌还需和透明细胞癌、黏液表皮样癌和腺泡细胞癌鉴别，全组病例5年以上随访，5年生存率可达71.4%（20/28），5年内原发灶复发10例，其中，3例伴有区域淋巴结转移而再次手术，4例失访；2例死于远处转移；2例死于其他疾病。

Chenopodium album,Solanum nigrum, and Amaranthus retroflexus were very susceptible to the herbicides. Polygonum persicaria and Abutilon theophrasti were relatively less susceptible to the herbicides, and Lycopersicon esculentum was not susceptible to it. The relationship between reduction rates of weed biomass and PPM values of weed leaves 2,4, and 6 days after treatment was established.

供试的6种杂草对该混剂的敏感性存在显著差异：红心藜Chenopodium album、龙葵Solanum nigrum和反枝苋Amaranthus retroflexus对该混剂最敏感，ED90值分别为47.65、71.67和29.17g/hm2；春蓼Polygonum persicaria和苘麻Abutilon theophrasti敏感，ED90值分别为96.91、114.20g/hm2；而番茄不敏感。
