Results Diagnosis of sebaceous carcinoma demanded immunohistochemistry, and rare parotid sebaceous carcinoma was still distinguished with clear cell carcinoma, grume epidermis carcinoma and acinic cell carcinoma in pathology. By Follow-up of the all patients over 5 years, survival rate for 5 years was 71.4%(20/28), primary focus recurrence in 10 cases, in which, neck lymph node metastasis was discovered in 3 cases, and one was performed operation once again. Four cases lost communication; 2cases died of distant metastasis; 2cases died of other diseases.

结果 皮脂腺癌确诊需要免疫组化检测，而罕见的腮腺皮脂腺癌还需和透明细胞癌、黏液表皮样癌和腺泡细胞癌鉴别，全组病例5年以上随访，5年生存率可达71.4%（20/28），5年内原发灶复发10例，其中，3例伴有区域淋巴结转移而再次手术，4例失访；2例死于远处转移；2例死于其他疾病。

BackgroundBreast cancer bone metastasis which occupy 70% of the distant metastasis is one of the most common clinical disease. It can cause hypercalcemia, focal baryodynia, pathologic fracture and so on.

In treatment group, 42 cases received 50 Gy radiation, at 2 Gy per day, 5 d per week in the upper mediastinum, hilus of lung, below the primary focus first and then underwent X-knife for the primary focuses, and other 14 recurrent and metastatic cases received irradiation of 8-12 Gy per day, 5 d by X-knife alone.

治疗组中42例为外照射上纵隔、同侧肺门、隆突下及原发灶50 Gy/25F后加用X线刀治疗原发灶5 Gy/次×5次；14例为肺转移癌或手术后外周孤立性复发病灶行单纯立体定向放射治疗，8～12 Gy/次×5次。

The lower neck node area and supraclavicular fossae were irradiated with the conventional technique by anterior field. results with a median follow up of 12 months(range 2~32 months), 6 patients died(4 died of distant metastasis), 5 patients relapse in the primary site, 2 patients relapse in the neck and 16 patients showed distant metastasis.
