The experimental result display system is useful with commercial webcam. The system is stable with the situation in there are no the same color as marked color in background. In clinical experiment for patients with frozen shoulder, the result display system has diacritic ability of the action of the patients. The system is the feasible evaluation tool for shoulder joint assessment.

实验结果显示，此系统适用於现市售网路摄影机，在背景色调不与辨识色重覆的情况下，以正常人测试稳定度高；临床测试中针对五十肩患者进行测试，结果显示系统有评估肩关节活动障碍程度的能力，因此本系统因适合作为评估肩关节障碍患者的辅助工具。

Thirdly, it collect the ship mechanical accidents of the main Chinese shipping company ,and then sorts them out as four items: equipmentname, typical trouble, monitoring parameters, consequence; uncovers the internal relation among man,machine,circumstance and management, establishes a relation database between condition monitoring and typical trouble for the engine-room equipments ; refering to the SMSC-2000 marine engine-room simulator in Shanghai Maritime University, it divides the engine-room system into eight subsystems, designs the monitoring interfaces which is marked with the monitoring parameters, detects the running engine-room machine by use of trouble analysis and information syncretizing, and builds up the condition monitoring system of engine-room machines.

其次，对近十几年来的国内主要航运企业中的重大船舶机损事故搜集，按设备名称、典型故障、监测参数和后果进行整理、分析和总结；揭示了船舶机损事故中人、机、环境和管理之间的内在联系：以我院的轮机模拟器SMSC-2000参照，把船舶机舱各设备划分为8大系统，确定了标注有监测参数的各系统简图，并运用信息融合和故障诊断技术对机舱重要设备的运行状态进行监测，建立起机舱设备的运行监测系统。再次，提出了以人、机、环境和管理四大安全要素为评估指标，给出了四者间的权重系数计算方法，提出了线性加权综合模型来最终对机舱设备进行安全评估，得出安全等级，指导船舶管理人员进行管理。

To counter the relativity, incomparability and grayness of radar system performance targets, by applying the theory of gray relational grade system, a model based on the GRG-AHP is proposed to evaluate the effectiveness of radar system.

本文从影响核心机房供电安全的主要环节：高低压配电、发电机组、UPS、开关电源、机房空调环境、防雷接地、动力环境监控系统、维护管理流程及维护人员技能等方面出发，对安全评估的客观性保障、安全评估的内容及评价体系、安全评估的实施操作、安全评估应达到的效果进行详细的分析，从而指导核心机房的供电安全评估项目的有效开展。

The thesis is made up of four part:Part one: introduction and base theories of susytainable development.Part two: contrast analysis on the target system of sustainable development, the design of targer system in LangFang city.Part three: The positive illustrative of sustainable development in LangFang: The evaluation indicator system and evaluation model of He Bei province sustainable development was put forward applying the systems analysis method. This paper analyzes the sustainable development status of 11 cites via SAS and improved AHP as well as illuminates the key principles of the Principal Component Analysis and AHP. Based on the result, this paper ranges 11 cites by the level of the sustainable development status, and then, appraises the sustainable development of cites synthetically in LangFang.Part four: sustainable development strategy of LangFang city.

具体内容包括以下四部分：第一部分，绪论和可持续发展基本理论；第二部分，国内外可持续发展评估指标体系的对比分析及廊坊市可持续发展评估体系的构建；第三部分：廊坊市可持续发展实证分析：阐述并运用系统分析、多元统计方法中的主成分分析、层次分析和聚类分析等数量方法，借助统计分析软件SAS、Eveiws和SPSS对廊坊市及其他11市区的可持续发展状况进行了数量分析，在此基础上得出11市区的可持续发展水平评估综合排名，同时对廊坊市六县、两区、两市进行了聚类分析和综合评价；第四部分：提出适合廊坊市可持续发展的经济发展、社会进步、资源环境系统及其人力资源开发具有可操作性的战略对策，这是本论文的最终落脚点。

The 220 kV substation power supply capability evaluation based on analysis of the supporting ability of 35 kV girds was applied to the grid pre-planning management information system,which enables pre-evaluation for the gird in planning to search for defects and make improvement.

电网的科学合理规划将对今后电网的安全稳定运行、保证用户供电的可靠性和系统运行的灵活性带来直接影响，在电网规划前期管理信息系统这一平台上，运用基于35 kV网架支援能力分析的220 kV变电站供电能力评估的方法，即可对规划中的电网进行预先评估，通过评估的结论，查找电网存在的不足以求持续改进。

At the moment, it has no a set of evaluation system, which is perfect and mature, on distribution channel, in international and civil. On the circumstance, it valuates the whole channel system for Combine Refrigerator in trial, from three aspects. As blow, customer s satisfaction evaluation, channel operation evaluation and distribution financial achievement evaluation.
