The results showed that:(1) some of the past Integrative Activity Course curriculum evaluation criteria ignored the importance of the " teaching activities" and "Instructional Assessment", and lacked reliability and validity data;(2) this new Evaluation Criteria may be used to evaluate textbooks and self-made teaching materials;(3) this Evaluation Criteria contains reliability and validity data;(4) the Epexegesis may help teachers understand the contents of evaluation and is easy to use; and (5) this Evaluation Criteria is useful in teaching teachers to understand the rationale of Integrated Activity Course construction.

本研究得到几点结论：一、过去有些综合活动课程评鉴规准较忽略「教学活动」与「教学评量」的重要，且缺乏信效度资料；二、本研究评鉴规准评鉴指标同时具有评鉴教科书及自编教材的功能；三、本研究评鉴规准提供信效度资料，可供教师进行量化的评鉴；四、本研究评鉴规准提供的「补充说明」不仅帮助教师了解评鉴内容且使用方便；五、本研究评鉴规准具有教导教师了解综合活动课程理念的功能。

This paper contains following studies and results:(1) In the theory analysis and the method analysis of price regulation in water industry, after concluding systemically characters of water industry, the experience of price regulation in water industry of other countries and disadvantages for price regulation in water industry of China, this paper considers that the enterprise conceals the real cost, implicit output and the leaking and losing rate of water pipelines should be settled.

The head is slowly turned 90° toward the side where nystagmus is induced less intensely. Then the head is rotated 180° rapidly toward the opposite side. This article reports three cases of the ageotropic form of HC-BPPV that were cured by rapid head rotation. The three cases demonstrated that rapid head rotation was an effective maneuver to treat cupulolithiasis on the utricle side. It is recommended that rapid head rotation can be used for therapeutic diagnosis: If nystagmus subsides immediately after this maneuver, the diagnosis is cupulolithias is on utricle side. If nystagmus changes into the geotropic form, the diagnosis is cupulolithiasis on canal side or canalolithiasis in the anterior arm of horizontal semicircular canal. A repositioning maneuver for geotropic form can then be applied to treat these patients.

逆地眼振型水平半规管良性阵发位置性眩晕的3种耳石可能位置如下：水平半规管前臂的管耳石、管侧的顶帽沉石(canal side cupulo-lithias1s)与囊侧的顶帽沉石，本文报告3例以快速转头治疗逆地眼振型水平半规管良性阵发位置性眩晕成功的病例，显示快速转头法对囊侧的顶帽沉石具迅速有效的治疗效果，对於逆地眼振型水平半规管良性阵发位置性眩晕的治疗，作者建议先以快速转头作治疗性诊断，若病人马上复原，诊断为囊侧的顶帽沉石；若眼振转为向地型，则诊断为水平半规管前臂的管耳石或管侧的顶帽沉石，进一步再以向地型的耳石复位法治疗病人。

At first, the dissertation neatened the meanings ,types and characters of rubric systematacially; found out the deficiencies in the researchs at home and abroad by literature, and analysed the current problems in using the rubric by questionnaire and interview; based on the analysis on the platforms" functions abroad and the demands of users, the author designed and developed a web-based rubric which can create rubric and assess students online; primarily designed a teaching assessment process based on rubric by the education assessment theories, and by action research, sampled the BiGguiYuan middle school students in Grade 2 as the research objects, used the rubric in information technology teaching; during the study, the author observed the teaching activities,students" learning behaviors and teaching blogs; finally, the author analyzed the dates from questionnaire and teachers interview and observing of the researcher,testified each other in order to validate the effect of applying rubric.

The authors firstly reiterate the thesis that the existing price regulation incentive system which simply takes the cost cutting as the motivation may lead to investment distortion; then the important component of incentive regulation model for service quality of power transmission enterprise, namely the regulation indicators, is researched. By means of Malmquist productivity index the price regulation of power transmission enterprise is effectively combined with transmission service quality incentive to attain a link to balance the cost saving and service quality, and then the incentive regulation model of price caps is modified to construct an incentive regulation model which comprehensively considers the price regulation and service quality incentive.
