Methods: A 5ml bone marrow was extracted from the lilac of human volunteers. By Percoll fluid and density gradient centrifugation, the MSC was obtained; after the cells filled the bottom of vessel, subcultured them, when they subculture in third generation, redigested them, 500 R/min centrifugate, alter the completed medium to chemical definition medium, examined the form change and prolifration of cells by invert microscope, toluidine blue stain、immunocytochemical stain and RT-PCR to test the type Ⅱ collagen mRNA and proteoglycan.

取健康成人髂后上棘处骨髓5ml，经percoll液分离后密度梯度离心，〓／ml密度接种培养，观察原代细胞的贴壁、增殖状况，细胞长满瓶底后进行传代培养；传至第三代细胞，重新消化后以500转／分钟轻度离心5分钟，〓／ml接种，改用化学限定培养基代替完全培养基培养，倒置显微镜观察细胞生长情况及形态变化，甲苯胺蓝染色观察诱导细胞合成细胞外基质中的蛋白多糖，免疫细胞化学染色检测ECM中Ⅱ胶原的蛋白合成，RT-PCR鉴定诱导细胞Ⅱ胶原mRNA的表达。

These experiment focus on the chondroblast induction in MSC, the culture technology in monolayer system and triaxial system,in order to explore the ideal condition of chondroblast induction of MSC,the molecul mechanism of maintenance chondroblast phnotype and the interaction between cells and porous materials.

通过骨髓基质干细胞的原代分离、培养及成软骨诱导，观察原代细胞扩增能力及其向成软骨方向分化的潜能；寻求骨髓基质干细胞向成软骨方向分化的理想诱导条件；u）观察经成软骨诱导的财C在PDLLA、PDLLA／壳聚糖多孔载体上三维的增殖状况，探求细胞与材料间的相互作用；门）观察经成软骨诱导的 MSC在体外三维培养系统中细胞因子的释放状况，了解维持诱导细胞软骨表型的合适条件及作用机制。

The chondroblast cultured with compound porous materials PDLLA and PDLLA/chitosan. The aim are: 1 To examine the proliferation ability and potential chondroblast differentiation; 2 To find an ideal condition stimulated BMSC differentiate into chondroblast; 3 To examine the chondroblast proliferation in porous scaffolds and to explore the interaction between cells and materials; 4 To examine the release of cytokine in vitro.

目的在于：（1）通过骨髓基质干细胞的原代分离、培养及成软骨诱导，观察原代细胞扩增能力及其向成软骨方向分化的潜能；（2）寻求骨髓基质干细胞向成软骨方向分化的理想诱导条件；（3）观察经成软骨诱导的MSC在PDLLA、PDLLA／壳聚糖多孔载体上三维的增殖状况，探求细胞与材料间的相互作用；（4）观察经成软骨诱导的MSC在体外三维培养系统中细胞因子的释放状况，了解维持诱导细胞软骨表型的合适条件及作用机制。

取健康成人略后上棘处骨髓 5ml，经 percoll液分离后密度梯度离心，10'砌l密度接种培养，观察原代细胞的贴壁、增殖状况，细胞长满瓶底后进行传代培养；传至第三代细胞，重新消化后以500转／分钟轻度离心 5分钟，10V加 l接种，改用化学限定培养基代替完全培养基培养，倒置显微镜观察细胞生长情况及形态变化，甲苯胺蓝染色观察诱导细胞合成细胞外基质QCM）中的蛋白多糖，免疫细胞化学染色检测ECM中＊胶原的蛋白合成，RT干CR鉴定诱导细胞＊胶原mRNA的表达。

Methods The compound preparation was administered intragastrically in mice, whose spontaneous activity was observed along with their tolerance of the preparation after long-term administration. The hypnotic effect of the compound was assessed by investigating the changes in the pentobarbital sodium-induced sleeping. The compound was tested for its antiseizure effect in mice with pentetrazole-induced clonic and tonic convulsion. Diazepam was used as the standard control in all experiments.

利用光电计数法观察灌胃给予复方酸枣仁油栀子油对小鼠自发活动的影响，以及长期使用药物对小鼠耐受性的影响；利用延长戊巴比妥钠睡眠时间实验和戊巴比妥钠阈下催眠剂量实验，观察复方酸枣仁油栀子油的催眠作用；利用戊四氮诱发小鼠阵挛性、强直性惊厥观察复方酸枣仁油栀子油的抗惊厥作用；本实验用地西泮进行平行对照实验，并进行了组方设计和实验。

Methods Premature neonates were randomly divided into two groups:ambroxo group and control group,evaluate the pulmonary oxygen coalescent function change of the two groups and the related complications.

早产儿 12 0例，按区组随机分为沐舒坦应用组和观察组各 6 0例，观察两组肺氧合及肺功能的改变，观察两组并发症发生率的情况。

The healing rate of wound of control group is obviously higher than the model group.(3) Observe under the microscope: When 3 days after we practice the surgery, HE and observe control group wound have a large number of inflammation nature cell soak, model group wound surface inflammatory cell relatively sparse in Balb/c mouse;The control group can seeⅠtype collagenic and green type collagenic day, model group type be obviously less than the control group; When 7 days after we practice the surgery,HE and bitter acid-staining observe control group peripheral inflammation cell soak, have appeared granulation organize.

3镜下观察：创伤后第3d，HE染色观察对照组伤口有大量炎性细胞浸润，模型组小鼠创面炎症细胞较稀疏，天狼猩红染色对照组可见少量呈黄色的Ⅰ型胶原和呈绿色的Ⅲ型胶原，模型组Ⅲ型胶原要明显少于对照组；创伤后第7d， HE染色观察对照组周边炎性细胞浸润，有肉芽组织出现。

Methods: 60 cases of chronic severe hepatitis were divided into observe group and control group randomly, 30 cases in respectively. Control group was treated with routine approaches comprised of liver protecting, kata-ALT, detoxicating and albumin supplementing, et al, at the same time, adding colon herbs dialysis to the cases of observe group with HC-3000 therapeutic machine. At first, intermittence lavage using coloclysis solution at the depth of 50cm, 60min, then infund 100~200ml herbs colon dialysis solution constituted by rhubarb, acori graminei, semen raphani, dandelion, oyster and cornu bubali, at al, remaining 1~2h, biw, continuous 4wks. Observe the amelioration of primary symptoms, physical signs and complications in all of the cases, as well as the change of liver function, prothrombin time and the contents of blood ammonia.

60例慢性重型肝炎患者按分层随机配对分为观察组和对照组各30例，对照组给予常规护肝、降酶、退黄以及补充白蛋白等支持治疗，观察组在基础上加用HC-3000结肠途径治疗机透析治疗，每次先用结肠灌洗液间歇灌洗60min，深度50cm，然后注入由大黄、石首蒲、莱菔子、蒲会英、牡蛎、水牛角等组成的中药结肠透析液100~200mL，保留灌肠1~2h，每周2次，连续4周后观察患者主要症状、体征及并发症的改善情况，同时检测治疗前后肝功能(TBil、ALT、ALB、CHE)、凝血酶原时间和血氨(NH3)等指标。

We use the kidney to research the issue of that cystamine can regulate kidney to improve the disease or not. In flow cytometry, we use CD8/CD4/CD25 makers to observe the balance of TH1/TH2, and we find that cystamine can raise TH2 expression to produce autoantibodies and also can induce overexpression of Treg to ease inflammation.

为了同时在免疫方面观察胱胺是否也有著能减缓SLE的倾向，进而深入了解观察肾脏这个重要的次级免疫器官，探讨cystamine是否对於肾脏也具有重要的调节作用进而能改善病症，在本实验中以flow cytometry对免疫倾向的确认，透过CD8/CD4/CD25 maker观察TH1/TH2 balance，发现胱胺能有效的反转SLE大量倾向TH2进而产生的自体抗体，同时也能增加 Treg的高量表达进而去抑制免疫反应缓解发炎。

以膨出型、突出型LIDP患者为观察对象，以临床疗效、疼痛综合评分、临床电生理为观察指标，根据辨病与经络辨证、局部与远端取穴相结合的原则，对95例LIDP患者进行临床观察。

Chenopodium album,Solanum nigrum, and Amaranthus retroflexus were very susceptible to the herbicides. Polygonum persicaria and Abutilon theophrasti were relatively less susceptible to the herbicides, and Lycopersicon esculentum was not susceptible to it. The relationship between reduction rates of weed biomass and PPM values of weed leaves 2,4, and 6 days after treatment was established.

供试的6种杂草对该混剂的敏感性存在显著差异：红心藜Chenopodium album、龙葵Solanum nigrum和反枝苋Amaranthus retroflexus对该混剂最敏感，ED90值分别为47.65、71.67和29.17g/hm2；春蓼Polygonum persicaria和苘麻Abutilon theophrasti敏感，ED90值分别为96.91、114.20g/hm2；而番茄不敏感。
