The snail was found to have an indirect developmental type in the early development. The fertilized eggs were oval-shaped and discoidal cleavage. Embryonic development stages were divided into cleavage, blastula, gastrulae, trochophore, and intra-membrane veliger. Larval development stages included veliger, late veliger and crawling larvae metamorphosed to juvenile.

结果表明：黄口荔枝螺卵囊高度平均为7.33 mm，卵粒数量平均为165粒；黄口荔枝螺的早期发育属间接发生型，受精卵呈椭圆形，卵裂为盘状卵裂；在卵囊内，胚胎发育包括卵裂期、囊胚期、原肠胚、膜内担轮幼虫、膜内面盘幼虫；幼虫发育包括面盘幼虫、后期面盘幼虫和匍匐幼虫。

From ultrastructure of RBC which co-cultured with HAP|,HAP4,HAP5,we have observed that HAPi and HAP4 can induce RBC membrane to deform and decrease stability of RBC membrane, so the particles can enter intramembrane, as a result, intracellular hydroxyapatite nanoparticles may heighten the concentration of Ca2+ and effect structure of membrane protein, membrane lipid and hemoglobin, subsequently,the deformability of RBC decreased all the better and leaded to erythrocyte aggregation. However,HAP.s uniformly dispersed around cell and didn't adhere to it,also, cytomorphosis cannot be found.

观察HAP_1，HAP_4，HAP_5与细胞作用后红细胞的超微结构中，HAP_1与HAP_4引起红细胞膜变形和膜稳定性下降，粒子进入胞内，进入胞内的HAP纳米粒子可能升高胞内Ca~(2+)浓度，从而影响膜蛋白、膜脂、血红蛋白的结构，使红细胞变形性进一步下降，最终导致聚集的发生。

The results show:(1) In testis, PNA receptors sites were firstly observed in the cytoplasm and plasma membrane of primary spermatocyte, and greatly increased in the plasma membrane of second spermatocyte, then decreased and were accumulated in the tail of the round spermatid. The same reaction was observed in sperms of testis and spermatheca, which shows stronger reaction in head and weaker in tail. A universal dyeing was observed on the plasma membrane of sertoli cells.

结果表明：(1)在中华蚱蜢的精子发生中，PNA受体是由初级精母细胞合成，然后转移到膜上，在次级精母细胞，由于量的积累其质膜出现了强阳性标记；从早期精子细胞到成熟精子时期糖蛋白的分布发生了明显的修饰变化，这些变化与精子获得与卵子进行识别、粘附、结合等受精能力密切相关：受精囊内与精巢内的精子表面的标记是相同的，说明质膜糖蛋白的修饰作用在精巢内就已完成。

［Objective］To explore the technique of arthroscopy plus radiotherapy in the treatment of pigmented villonodular synovitis of the knee and to evaluate its clinical value［Method］A total of 14 cases of pigmented villonodular synovitis of the knee were treated from January 2000 to July 2003Intraarticular excision under arthroscope with a combined application of routine intrusments and Bipolar radiofrequency was performed on all these 14 cases,and postoperative radiotherapy for diffused pigmented villonodular synovitis of the knee,13 patients were followed up for 10~45 months,and were evaluated for range of motion,pain,swelling effusion［Result］Thirteen cases according to the International Knee Documentation Committeecriteria,subjective knee score was (587+64) and (865 ±57) respectively before surgery and at the last followup［Conclusion］In case of pigmented villonodular synovitis of the knee joint,arthroscopical synovectomy can make good surgical results,and postoperative radiotherapy is an effective treatment for diffused pigmented vilionoclular synovitis of the knee

Results: Lateral extradural approach could be used to expose the second and third branches of trigeminal nerve,trigeminal ganglion,posterior vertical segment of the intrapetrosal ICA,abducent nerve and horizontal segment of the intrapetrosal ICA;lateral intradural approach could be used to expose the lateral,anteroinferior and posterosuperior venous spaces,almost all the cranial nerves within the cavernous sinus and horizontal segments of the intracavernous ICA;superior approach could be used to expose the medial,lateral and posterosuperior venous spaces,medial side of the anterior genu,anterior vertical and clinoidal segments of the intracavernous ICA and the lateral side of the hypophysis.

结果：外侧硬膜外入路可用于显露三叉神经第2、3支，三叉神经节，海绵窦内颈内动脉后垂直段，外展神经及岩骨颈内动脉水平段；侧方硬膜下入路可用于显露海绵窦外侧及前下，后上静脉间隙，以及所有走行在海绵窦内的颅神经和海绵窦内颈内动脉水平段；上方入路可用于显露海绵窦内侧、外侧及后上间隙，海绵窦内ICA水平段、前膝、前垂直段及床突段的内侧面，以及垂体的外侧面。

Results(1) Group of electroacupuncture in Shu and dense wave can significantlyreduce the degree of ankle swelling(P＜0.05, P＜0.01), which shows thatelectroacupuncture has obvious anti-inflammatory and repercussive roles;(2) Theresults of HE staining showed that group of electroacupuncture in Shuand dense wave can significantly reduce inflammatory cell infiltration,inhibit synovial cell proliferation, and decrease proliferation of granulationtissue in rats joints;(3) group of electroacupuncture in dense-wave can increase the pain thresholdof experimental rats (P＜0.05, P＜0.01), reduce the content of peripheral painmediums, such as K~+, DA and 5-HT(P＜0.05, P＜0.01), which shows thatelectroacupuncture has significant analgesic effect;(4) In the local lesion of joints, electroacupuncture can significantly reducethe content of IL-1β, IL-8, TNF-a, increase IL-4 content, decrease theexpression of COX-2mRNA, and significantly promote the expression ofHSP-70 protein in synovial tissues of acute gouty arthritis rats (P＜0.05,P＜0.01),thus restrain the occurrence of synovial tissue inflammation.

结果：(1)电针疏密波组能显著减轻踝关节肿胀度(P＜0.05，P＜0.01)，表明电针有明显的抗炎消肿作用；(2)HE染色显示：电针疏密波组可使大鼠关节炎症细胞浸润明显减轻，滑膜细胞增生明显被抑制，肉芽组织增生明显减少；(3)电针密波组能提高实验性大鼠痛阈(P＜0.05，P＜0.01)，降低外周疼痛介质K~+、DA、5-HT的含量(P＜0.05，P＜0.01)，表明电针有明显的镇痛作用；(4)在病变关节局部，电针能显著降低急性痛风性关节炎大鼠滑膜组织IL-1β、IL-8、TNF-α含量(P＜0.05，P＜0.01)，升高IL-4的含量(P＜0.05，P＜0.01)，并降低关节滑膜内COX-2mRNA的表达(P＜0.05，P＜0.01)，可促使急性痛风性关节炎大鼠滑膜内HSP-70蛋白表达显著增加(P＜0.05，P＜0.01)，从而抑止滑膜组织炎症发生。

Under the plastic-mulched ridge and furrow cultivation, the average soil water content of furrow (12.7%) was significantly higher than that of ridge (9.1%) at the soil depths of 20-100 cm. The locally compacted ridge served as a water flow barrier and a rainfall collection area under locally compacted ridge and furrow cultivation, and the water content of furrow was significantly higher than that of ridge in the same soil depths, which was similar to the characteristic of soil water distribution under plastic-mulched ridge and furrow cultivation. No significant differences were found in soil water content of furrow between locally compacted ridge and furrow cultivation and plastic-mulched ridge and furrow cultivation, with the same efficiency of water collection.

相对于自然垄沟，膜垄的集雨效果明显，沟中土壤平均含水量显著高于垄中，20～100cm土层范围内平均土壤含水量分别为12.7％和9.1％；成垄压实土壤水分在剖面分布状况与盖膜垄沟的水分分布相似，水分向沟内集中，沟中土壤水分含量显著高于同一土层深度处垄中土壤含水量，且与盖膜垄沟处理下沟中土壤水分含量无显著差异，在集水和聚水方面表现出和膜垄的相似性。

Firstly, the related parameters are distributed periodically in the falling film and their periods all equal to that of vacillation of fishing vessel. Secondly, the film tangent and radial velocity components are not zero because of vacillating additional inertia forces and furthermore, in one vacillation period, most parameters are distributed quite regularly in the tangent and radial directions. Thirdly, when other parameters are kept constant, the falling film absorption is enhanced if the amplitude or the period of vacillation is moderately decreased and this result conforms to the theoretical qualitative analysis. Finally, falling film absorption changes with the solution parameters at inlet and system pressure and the change trend is very similar to what happened in the static tube.
