We performed a retrospective review of 25 patients who underwent arthroscopic debridement after primary TKA to treat the patellar clunk syndrome (15 knees) or patellofemoral synovial hyperplasia (10 knees).

Results Both dosages of 153 Sm have an initial pro-i nflammatory effects during one week after injection,and then resulted in reducti on of joint diameter and skin surface temperature.153Sm (3.7×107 Bq) s howed a more alleviation than 153 Sm (1.85×107 Bq) in respect of macr oscopic and histologic changes.

注射153Sm(1.85×107Bq)导致一过性炎症反应，7 d后肿胀和局部发热缓解，并持续36 d.153Sm(3.7×107Bq)同样有一过性炎症反应，7 d后缓解，关节直径和皮肤温度较对侧关节有差异(P＜0.05)，并一直持续至处死前未改变。而大体形态学和病理学可见滑膜炎减轻，其指标与对侧相比差异有显著性(P＜0.05)。

The radiographic changes required for diagnosing AS occur as late as 6~7 years after the onset of clinical symptoms. MRI of the sacroiliac joints reliably demonstrates both chronic inflammatory changes (erosions, sclerotic changes, bone bridges) and acute inflammatory changes (synovitis, capsulitis, osteitis) and allows for grading the chronicity and acuity of such changes.

影像学特征为AS诊断提供依据，但常晚于临床症状出现6~7年，核磁共振能可靠的显示骶髂关节慢性和急性期（滑膜炎、骨炎、关节囊炎）炎性病变，并能分别对急慢性病变量化分级。

Of these patients, 75 were diagnosed with knee meniscus injury, 11 had synovitis, 6 had osteochondritis, 3 had gout, 3 had septic knee, and 3 had intra-articular free.

应用关节镜手术治疗膝关节病损101例，其中膝半月板损伤75例，滑膜炎11例，骨关节炎6例，痛风3例，化脓性膝关节炎3例，关节内游离3例。

Results Soft tissue swelling: 19 cases showed on CT (degree Ⅰ 6 cases; degree Ⅱ: 5 cases; degree Ⅲ: 8 cases), and 12 cases showed on MRI (degree Ⅰ 4 cases; degree Ⅱ 3 cases; degree Ⅲ 5 cases); Arthroedema seven on CT, and Ⅱ on MRI; Synovium granulation hyperblastosis 13 on CT, and 10 on MRI; Changes of joint space 13 on CT, and 17 on MRI. Destruction of bone (6 cases), osteosclerosis (15), osteoporosis (4), bone pneumatosis (6) and abscess-like cyst (1) were seen on CT.

结果 CT显示软组织肿胀19例（Ⅰ度6例，Ⅱ度5例，Ⅲ度8例），MRI显示12例（Ⅰ度4例，Ⅱ度3例，Ⅲ度5例）；CT显示关节腔积液7例，MRI显示Ⅱ例；CT显示滑膜肉芽组织增生13例，MRI显示10例；CT显示关节间隙改变13例，MRI显示7例；CT显示髋关节骨质破坏6例，骨质硬化15例，骨质疏松4例，骨内积气6例，脓肿样囊腔1例。

These include fluid within the tendon sheath, fluid withinthe medial or lateral bursae, sinus tarsi syndrome, periostitisat the insertion of the flexor retinaculum on the tibia, hindfootvalgus, subtalar and talonavicular malalignment, and accessorynavicular bone.

这些包括腱鞘内、内外侧滑膜内水分滞留，跗骨窦综合症、屈肌支持带的胫骨侧附着处骨膜炎、后足外翻、距下关节和距舟关节排列不整及副舟骨。
