We examined 8 cases after costal cartilage autograft in clinical observation through optics microscope, verified that the framework keeps the nature of costal cartilage and pointed out the importance of prevention of infection. Ear reconstruction can be completed in preschool age because we observed that the reconstructed ear in preschool age could grow with the normal ear in pace (7 cases). With perichondrium costal cartilage autograft could live and grow better.

临床观察8例肋软骨移植后的组织学检查，证实了耳支架成活后保持了肋软骨的生物学特性；强调了预防感染对移植耳支架的转归及治疗效果的重要性；观察到7例学龄前儿童自体肋软骨移植后再造耳廓能随年龄同步按比例生长，表明耳廓再造可在学龄前6岁时完成。

Objective Study on the nature of medicine and biology of Medpor Plasty Plate,and its clinical results and Pinna Support in reconsurction of auricleⅠstage.

目的 探讨使用新材料Medpor支架医学生物学性能及其在耳廓再造术中的临床应用效果方法 25例先天性小耳廓畸形采用Medpor 支架行Ⅰ期耳廓再造术。

Results: Because of the early reparation,53 auriculae of patients were alive again.The ratio of success was 82.8%.The temperature,sense and appearance of the auriculae were normal.9 cases of auriculae were alive partially.

结果：53例经修复及再植后完全成活，温度及感觉正常，外观良好，成活率为82.8%。9例部分成活，占全部患耳的14.1%。2例失败，遗留明显耳廓畸形，以后行Ⅱ期耳廓整形术，占全部患耳的3.1%。

objectiveto study on the method and results on the rebuild auricle with medpor on expanded skin flap of the mastoid process area.methodsthirty-six cases with congenital vestigial auricles:ⅰstage, put the 50ml kidney skin parenchyma dilater under the auricle mastoid process area for 3～5 months.

目的：探讨采用耳后乳突区皮肤扩张皮瓣用于全耳廓再造术的方法及临床效果。方法：36例先天性小耳畸形作全耳廓再造术，ⅰ期先在患侧耳后乳突区皮下置入50ml肾形皮肤软组织扩张器3～5个月至预期皮肤面积，然后ⅱ期手术将此皮瓣覆盖于整个medpor支架表面，再造外耳廓。

目的 探讨使用一种新材料medpor支架医学生物学性能及其在耳廓再造术中的临床应用效果。方法 25例先天性小耳廓畸形采用medpor为支架行ⅰ期耳廓再造术。结果25例耳廓再造皆成功，耳廓支架易加工，不易变形，无毒，与组织相容性良好。结论采用medpor材料作为耳廓再造的支架是可行的新材料。它无须切取自体肋软骨之苦，既能缩短手术时间，立体感又强，微细结构清晰。

During the operation,a postauricular\|mastoid flap based on the edge of the helix defect was raised .As the frame,a piece of concha cartilage taken together with the flap or costal cartilage of 0.3～0.4 cm in width was fixed to the auricular defect.

应用陈氏对外伤性耳廓部分缺损修复术式，并改进设计以耳廓缺损前缘为蒂的耳后乳突区皮瓣，携带耳甲后软骨块，或以缺损缘一端为蒂，切取一条正常软骨宽0.3～0.4cm，固定支撑，皮瓣包卷覆盖塑形。

Methods According to the lack range of auricle,shape,external acoustic meatus and audition function request,ribcartilage kickstand was adopted to reforge auricle by stages and external acoustic meatus figuration was performed to renovate congenital microtia malformation.

Methods Transplantation of whole or partial free auricle composite tissue was designed in reconstruction of alae nasi.Partial auricle composite tissue transplantation was used in 14 patients,the area of the graft was 1.0cm×1.5cm～1.9cm×2.5cm.

采用全层或部分耳廓复合组织游离移植的方法修复鼻翼缺损20例，其中以鼻翼残存瘢痕组织翻转作衬里，然后进行部分耳廓复合组织游离移植14例，移植物面积最小1.0cm×1.5cm，最大1.9cm×2.5cm；利用耳廓复合组织全层嵌入游离移植修复鼻翼缺损者6例，移植物面积最小0.5cm×0.5cm，最大0.8cm×1.2cm。

objective to introduce a method for repair of defects of alae nasi.methods transplantation of whole or partial free auricle composite tissue was designed in reconstruction of alae nasi.partial auricle composite tissue transplantation was used in 14 patients,the area of the graft was 1.0cm×1.5cm～1.9cm×2.5cm.whole auricle composite tissue transplantation was used in 6 patients,the area of the graft was 0.5cm×0.5cm～0.8cm×1.2cm.results all grafts survived.the grafts were dark red or light red in color,there were no blisters on them.follow-up of more than six months showed good results.conclusion in many methods for repair of defects of alae nasi,this method is simple,the appearance of alae nasi is good after operation and there is no new scar on face.

目的 修复鼻翼缺损。方法采用全层或部分耳廓复合组织游离移植的方法修复鼻翼缺损20例，其中以鼻翼残存瘢痕组织翻转作衬里，然后进行部分耳廓复合组织游离移植14例，移植物面积最小1.0cm×1.5cm，最大1.9cm×2.5cm；利用耳廓复合组织全层嵌入游离移植修复鼻翼缺损者6例，移植物面积最小0.5cm×0.5cm，最大0.8cm×1.2cm。结果 20例移植组织全部成活。色泽呈暗红至淡红不等，无水泡。随访半年移植物色泽与鼻组织基本近似，供区隐蔽。结论在诸多鼻翼缺损修复方法中，该方法简便易行、术后鼻翼外形好，面部显著部位不增加新的瘢痕，有独到优越性。
