Suitable control content of culture medium can benefit growth, proliferation rate of Williams B6 seedling, save spending of production material. The content of 30ml per bottle show the highest proliferation rate and the higher usage of culture medium, the contrary result will appear when preponderate over the content of 30ml per bottle, but the increase weight of single seedling. For the losing of medium by sterilization, seedling SO2 resistance and other effects, it's considered the content of 25~30ml per bottle is fit for production of tissue culture seedling.

适宜控制培养基用量，能稳定威廉斯B6香蕉组培苗生长量、繁殖率，减少原料投入。30ml的用量其增殖率最高、培养基利用率较高，超过30ml的用量其增殖率相对下降，培养基利用率降低，但单苗增重量最大，综合考虑培养基损失、蕉苗耐SO2性等因素，认为培养基用量应控制在25~30ml/瓶。

The factors which affect the average molecular weight of the polymer of AM and DMDAAC were investigated. The optimal reaction conditions are as follows: the concentration of monomer AM was 30%, while DMDAAC was 5%; the reaction temperature was 30℃, the amount of initiators at the low temperature stage was 0.05‰(compared to the weight of the monomers joining the polymerization), while V-50 was 0.025‰, the weight ratio of potassium persulphate to sodium bisulphite is 1:1, the amount of carbamide was 40‰, and complexing agent was 0.05‰, besides, aerate nitrogen gas for 8min, then the high molecular weight polymer (M=1.217×10^7) could be got after 16h reaction.
