The method for direct preparation of sodium caseinate from Qula was iwestigated, soaking and washing conditions were studied and compared, Analysis on factors influencing test such as material concentration, washing times, soak temperature and soak time was carried out.

The experiment results showed that:in acid pickling process, when reaction temperature is 100℃, the leaching time is 2.5h, mixing speed is 400r/min, the sulfuric acid density of solution is 45% and excess coefficient of sulfuric acid is 1.5, recovery rate of iron from hematite is 82.3%.

Results When select 1mol/L DTA in TISAB,the relative error of determination is smaller than 5.2%.Although the basis value is a little high,the filter is good absorbent of gaseity and aerosol fluoride.As for the pro-procedure,instead of dealing with supersonic for 15min in 40℃ stir in HCl for 1 hr.The average recovery of standard material is 93.9%.

结果 选用1mol/L柠檬酸钠作TISBA测定偏差＜5.2%；经浸渍处理的滤纸本底氟略有升高，但对气态或气溶胶态都能更好地阻留吸收；前处理方法可用酸浸搅拌成纸浆浸放1h代替40℃超声15min；用煤飞灰标准物质加标回收，平均回收率93.9％。

The result indicates that multi factor line regression analysis is simple and fewer errors, thus it can be used generally and objectively, and it can reflect the instance of acid leaching. Therefore, this study can provide the basis for dealing with acid leaching time of uranium ore.
