In the long term, China's national interests in developing bilateral relations lie in three aspects: firstly, to further consolidate security trust and extend security cooperation between the two nations, It will guarantee long-term stability for China's northern frontiers; secondly, in the process of social transformation, both can learn from each other, adhere to democracy and law with their own characteristics, further advocate diversity of world civilization, and promote a multipolar world; thirdly, both can make hest use of economic complementarities between them to map out common strategy, strive for common develop, and realize common prosperity.

PartⅥ: The Development of Regionalization and Its Inspirer To our Country According to current conditions of the development of regionalization, our country should keep both policies of multilateralism and regionalism, sticking to the principle of global free trade, making full use of WTO to develop our country's economy. Now our country has already built up related regional institutions with some nations in East Asia, but this is still far not enough.
