Methods Totally 123 patients with KD were hospitalized from Jun. 2002 to Dec. 2003. The remedy [Intravenous gamma globulin 1 g/ injection one to two days plus acetylsalicylic acid reducing gradually after defervescence] and cardiac compliance within 2 years were analyzed.

方法对2002年6月～2003年12月123例住院KD患儿进行为期2年的随访研究，重点监测超声心动图异常及其恢复情况，⑴分析静脉丙种球蛋白1 g/治疗1～2 d联合口服阿司匹林方案的疗效；⑵随访心血管并发症的恢复情况。

For the ill conditioned load flow caused by the error produced in the transformation from electricity quantities to average power, direct current load flow and sensitivity vector are presented to find out the ill node, then by adjusting the load curve and generation curve in a certain principle, which is shown in detail with several flow charts, a new operation mode is reestablished to ensure the convergence of the calculation. Optimal multiplier method is proposed to work out the least square solution according to ill conditioned structural power network. The electricity quantities flow method enhances the reliability and accuracy of the calculation of the power transmission losses.

该方法可根据当前输电网中各个变电站24小时的电量记录，利用电量潮流计算对输电网总线损和各条线路损耗进行计算，使计算的精度满足降损措施分析和指标考核的要求；并且对于由负荷出力曲线转化成平均功率计算潮流时引入的误差，进而导致潮流计算不收敛的情况，采用直流潮流法，依据相角对有功功率的灵敏度向量判断出"网络异常点"，并且给出了解决此种情况的方法流程图；针对结构病态的电力系统潮流计算不收敛的情况，运用非线性约束优化方法中的最优乘子法求解潮流方程的最小二乘解，从而解决了电量潮流法计算理论线损时的收敛性问题，增强了该方法的适用性。

Here we present a case of 21 year-old male who suffered from recurrent swelling in left side of mandible which had received surgery for ossifying fibroma in another hospital when he was 19 years old. Obvious facial asymmetry was noted but no sensory dysfunctions were detected. The lesion showed well-demarcated, multilocular radiolucency but radiopacity centrally. We applied segmental resection via extra-oral approach and reconstructed with anterior iliac crest bone graft. After removal of MMF in six week, the wound healed well and joint function was good without malocclusion. After follow-up of one year, no recurrences were noted.

本病例为－21岁之男性，在19岁时因为左下颚骨角区肿大在某医院接受外科手术处理，术后病理报告为骨化纤维瘤，因为复发的肿胀而来本院寻求治疗，临床检查并无疼痛及下唇区感觉异常的问题，放射线影像为周界清晰，多腔室放射透过性合并中央放射不透过性之不规则小块，手术方式为从口外颚下切线，做下颚骨片段式切除，并以肠骨脊海绵骨移植修补骨缺损加以颚间固定六周，术后伤口恢复及愈合良好，颚骨关系稳定无咬合异常的情况，无张口受限的问题。

The Glasgow coma scale, the initial computed tomogram and ambulatory electrocardiogram were performed in all subject.Data were analyzed according to different place and severity of brain injury.Results:ECG abnormalities were found in 32 patients out of 56 patients with acute head injury(57.14%). ST-T abnormities were found in half of the brain injury patients.

选取我院急性脑损伤患者56例，经Glasgow评分分型，脑CT确定损伤部位，并行24h动态心电图检查，观察急性脑损伤后心电异常的发生情况，并根据脑损伤部位和严重程度分组观察，以了解其心电异常的特点。

Results The negative correlations were found on the Glasgow Outcome Scoreto the items such as conscious state at admission,Glasgow Coma Score,psychiatric symptoms,hemiplegia,Babinski sign,abnomal degree of Electroencephalogram,focal lesions found by neuro-image investigation and mean peak flow velocityand pulsatility indexof basilar artery and vertebral arteries by transcranial Doppler ultrasonography investigation;The non-correlation was found on the Glasgow Outcome Score to theitems such as headache,febrile,epilepˉsia style,the involvement of cranial nerve,dystaxia,neck stiffness,Cerebrospinal fluid investigation and blood serum enzymology.

结果 入院时的意识状态、GCS、精神症状、偏瘫和/或偏身感觉障碍、巴彬斯基征以及脑电图异常程度、影像学所见的病灶范围、基底动脉和椎动脉的平均峰流速、脉动指数和Glasgow预后评分呈负相关；头痛、发热、癫痫类型、颅神经受累情况、共济运动、脑膜刺激征、脑脊液检查（含压力、蛋白定量、细胞数、HSV-PCR）以及血清酶学的变化和Glasgow预后评分之间无相关性。结论入院时的意识状态、GCS、精神症状、局灶性神经系统体征以及脑电图异常程度、影像学所见的病灶范围、后循环的血管痉挛程度和血流阻力等是影响病脑预后的主要因素。

结果47例肝脏灌注异常，有以下几种情况：肝动脉门静脉瘘9例，炎症性充血8例，门静脉、肝静脉阻塞13例，肿瘤盗血现象4例，肝脏迷走血供2例和其它原因1例。结论多层螺旋CT三期增强扫描是评价肝脏异常灌注的有效方法。
