Leaves scattered; petiole 3–5 mm, densely spreading rust-colored setose; leaf blade elliptic-ovate, ovate, or oblong-lanceolate, 8–16 × 4–9 cm, papery-leathery, abaxially very densely rust-colored setulose, especially on veins, adaxially bullate, densely shortly setulose, immediately glabrescent, secondary veins 2 pairs arising from base, fine veins distinctly raised abaxially, impressed adaxially, base shallowly cordate to rounded, margin slightly revolute, sparsely dentate,± setiform-ciliate, apex acuminate, caudate, or acute. Inflorescences axillary, racemose or corymbose, 1–4 cm, ca. 10-flowered, densely tomentulose; bracts rhombic-triangular, 5–8 × 4–5 mm, leathery, densely tomentulose.

The RT-PCR product was inserted into pTG19-T vector and transformed into E. coli successfully. By blastn, the sequence results of Kunming mus musculus were in complete accordance with the conservative sequence of Genbank NR_003278 (791bp-1153bp). By Blastn in NCBI, the sequence with little difference among animals was confirmed to be conservative. After Blastn, fourteen complete CDS coding for different animals were chosen. According to VECTOR NIT 9.0 software, the similarities between Kunming mus musculus and bos taurus, homo sapiens, erinaceus europaeus, cricetulus griseus, sus scrofa, dasypus novemcinctus, rattus norvegicus, rabbit, equus caballus, macaca fascicularis, didelphis virginiana, monodelphis domestica and vombatus ursinus was 67%, 100%, 100%, 36%, 100%, 100%, 67%, 100%, 100%, 92%, 99%, 99% and 99%. In the phylogenetic tress constructed with the forteen 18S rRNA by Treeview, the Kunming mus musculus clustered with cricetulus griseus, sus scrofa and rabbit, which was nearer to cricetulus griseus and was most far away from macaca fascicularis.(3) After sencodary structure analyses of 18S rRNA of mus musculus, an oligonucleotide fragment for RNAi was designed and synthesized, which was transformed into plasmid, and restriction enzyme analyses and sequencing results should the expression plasmid pGPH1/ GFP/Neo-mouse-sh 18S rRNA were constructed for RNAi successfully.

结果①通过RT-PCR检测显示18S rRNA基因在小鼠卵巢组织和单个GV期、MⅠ期卵母细胞中均有表达，且在未成熟卵母细胞中，MⅠ期的表达明显强于GV期的表达；②RT-PCR产物克隆测序结果显示：昆明小鼠18S rRNA基因保守区序列与基因库序列[NR_003278保守区部分(791bp～1153bp)]完全一致；Blastn比对结果发现：在不同物种中差异较小，选出14种生物18S rRNA全序列经VECTOR NIT 9.0软件分析，提示昆明小鼠18SrRNA与牛、人类、刺猬、中国仓鼠、猪、犰狳、褐鼠、兔子、马、食蟹猴、负鼠、短尾猊、袋熊的18S rRNA的相似率依次为67%，100%，100%，36%，100%，100%，67%，100%，100%，92%，99%，99%，99%；Clustal 1.81和Treeview构建出的分子进化树表明：在上述14种生物中昆明小鼠与中国仓鼠进化关系最近，与兔子、猪聚成一簇，与食蟹猴进化关系最远；③根据18S rRNA二级结构设计并合成RNA干扰寡核苷酸片段，重组质粒经过限制性内切酶及测序表明成功构建了pGPH1/GFP/Neo-mouse-sh 18S rRNA干扰表达质粒。

The cleavation rates and blastocyst development rates of cloned embryos were used to assess the efficiency of different operational procedure. Finally, the best combination of operational procedure, that the spindle-viewer system was used for oocytes enucleating, and donor cell was electrofused into ooplasm by electrical pulse (1.9 kV/cm, 10 ms, two) to reconstruct bovine cloned embryos.

以核移植胚胎的卵裂率、囊胚发育率作为检测指标，对不同的方法所获得的克隆胚胎的卵分裂率与囊胚发育率进行比较，最后筛选获得1个优化的牛体细胞核移植操作程序，即采用Spindle view系统对牛卵母细胞进行去核操作，将供核体细胞注射到卵周隙，然后通过电融合法将供体核引入去核卵细胞质(电融合参数为1.9 kV/cm，脉冲时程10 ms，方波2次间隔2 s)。

结果表明∶（1）在非繁殖季节，大熊猫卵巢中小腔及大腔卵泡卵母细胞仍较丰富，其大腔卵泡卵母细胞可在体外培养成熟；（2）大熊猫的卵母细胞平均直径为（141±6.7）μm ，其胞质富含卵黄颗粒；（3）自配 PandaI I号获能液（含丙酮酸钠、肾上腺素等）可使大熊猫精子有效获能；（4）大熊猫卵母细胞体外受精后，经培养可观察到第2 极体，有的受精卵开始发生卵裂。

In conclusion, these results suggested that (1) the ageing-associated decline in fertility of female KM mouse was due to a decrease in both quantity and quality of oocytes;(2) the ooplasm from young mice did not correct the meiotic errors of aged mice, and the ooplasm from aged mice did not induce abnormal segregation of meiotic chromosome of young mice, indicating that meiotic anomalies found in the oocytes of aged mice might be related to nucleus or chromosomes and relevant factors;(3) a critical nucleocytoplasmic ratio was essential for normal maturation and segregation of meiotic chromosomes of oocytes and development to 2-cell embryos.

本研究结果表明：（1）昆明白小鼠与衰老相关的生育力下降是其卵母细胞数量减少和质量下降的综合结果；（2）年轻小鼠卵母细胞细胞质不能纠正老龄小鼠GV的减数分裂错误，老龄小鼠卵母细胞细胞质也不诱导年轻小鼠的GV发生减数分裂错误，老龄小鼠卵母细胞减数分裂异常很可能与细胞核或染色体及其相关因素有关；（3）关键的核质比对卵母细胞正常的成熟、减数分裂染色体分离及2-细胞期胚的发育是绝对必需的。

The results were as follows: nanos 1 mRNA uniformly dispersed throughout the cytoplasm of oocytes at all stages. Strong expression of nanos1 mRNA was observed in oogonia and stageⅠ、Ⅱ oocytes, but the signal became weaker in later stage oocytes.

结果表明：在斑马鱼卵子发生中，nanos1 mRNA均匀分布于卵原细胞和各时期卵母细胞的胞质中；在卵原细胞和Ⅰ、Ⅱ期卵母细胞中，nanos1 mRNA的杂交信号十分强烈，而较晚期卵母细胞中信号明显减弱。

The results showed that the contents of protein and total amino acids in egg albumen reached to 153 mg·g+{-1} and 123.05 mg·g+{-1} respectively,higher than those of the comparisons.

结果表明，红腹锦鸡卵清中蛋白质含量和17种氨基酸总含量分别为153 mg·g-1和123.05 mg·g-1，均高于七彩山鸡和家鸡；红腹锦鸡中，K、Ca、Mg3种常量矿质元素的含量也高于其余2种鸟类，卵壳含有丰富的矿质元素。

Resembled to control oocytes, MAPK was inactivated after cytoplasts activation. However, after activation the cytoplasts showed fragmentation while pronuclei were formed in the control oocytes. This indicated that nuclei play important role in maintainence of oocytes normal morphology.
