While we were trying to understand the origin of subcontinental mantle anisotropy by SKS splitting measurements in Qinghai-Xizang plateau, we were perplexed for answers to the following questions:(1) why the inefficient Sn propagation region correlates with the large delay time (1.91-2.40s) of SKS splitting,(2) why very strong δt variations occur at the edges of this region, and (3) what results in the abnormal delay time.

当人们试图解释青藏高原异常的剪切波分裂成因时，以下的问题让人们感到困惑：为什么异常大的SKS分裂延时(1.91-2.4s)出现在青藏高原北部Sn波缺失区；(2)为什么分裂延时突变（1.47s和1.09s）出现在Sn波缺失区的边缘；(3)为什么快波极化方向与地表大规模的构造走向之间存在约20°-30°的偏差。

Analysing ustiloxins inhibiting plant cell mitosis The inhibition experiment of growth of garlic radicle showed that there were more cells in the telophase stage in the garlic radicle dealed with culture filtrate of Ustilaginodea virens than those dealed with H2O. The cell volume of the former was bigger than that of the latter. So it seemed that ustiloxins could inhibit the cell mitosis, but not in the cell elongation.

毒素对植物细胞分裂的抑制作用分析：用大蒜根尖做抑制试验，发现用稻曲病菌培养滤液处理过的大蒜根尖呈分裂末期的细胞数目明显多于相同条件浙江大学硕士学位论文下对照的数目，抑制率为69%，且细胞明显比对照的细胞大，说明毒素抑制根尖细胞的有丝分裂，但不能抑制细胞的伸长。

Afterward, vibration equations of bundle conductors system which consider the effects of spacer dampers are derived(including transcendental function and plural), the vibration frequencies and modes of bundle conductors system are got by solving the transcendental eigenvalues of these equations. Then the amplitude ratio of each spacer dampers to sub-conductors are got, so bundle conductors can be exactly solved with the application of energy balance method as single-conductor.

The determination of cytokinin levels is a primary and basic approach in the cytokinin studies. The Amaranthus betacyanin bioassay was modified for the rapid and convenient determination of cytokinin activity. Meanwhile, the procedures for quantitative analyses of cytokinins by HPLC and ELISA were estabolished, and these gurantee the analyses of cytokinin levels with high precision.
