Objective: To further substantiate the protective effects of protein C activator from agkistrodon halys pallas venom against myocardium injury induced by ischemia-reperfusion in anesthetized rats.

目的：在大鼠在体心肌缺血再灌注模型上进一步证实蝮蛇毒蛋白C激活物对缺血再灌损伤心肌的保护作用。

Ultrasound,ERCP,MRCP,liver enzyme profile and reoperation confirmed the folowing: Extra-hepatic bile duct or the right hepatic duct was ligated in 9 cases,common bile duct residual stone in 6,partial gallbladder or gallbladder duct stone in 4,biliary leak in 4, cholangitic hepatitis in 4,hepatitis B or posthepatitis cirrhosis in 5,icterus after blood transfusion in 2,hemobilia in 2, ligation of right branch of hepatic artery in 2, and icterus of unknown causes in 5 cases.

经B超，ERCP，MRCP和肝酶谱及再手术等证实：肝外胆管或右肝管结扎9例，胆总管遗漏结石6例，残留胆囊或胆囊管结石4例，胆瘘4例，毛细胆管肝炎4例，乙肝或肝炎后肝硬化5例，输血后黄疸2例，胆道出血2例，肝右动脉结扎2例，不明原因黄疸5例。再手术18例，死亡1例。结论：详细的病史资料、充分的术前检查、细致的手术操作是预防胆囊切除术后黄疸的必要前提。

Methods 56 patients in esophageal and gastric variceal bleeding were allocated randomly into the control group and the treatment group. All patients were given basic treatment, the CG patients received pituitrin (0.2U/min) though micro infusion pump,octreotide 0.1mg were injected in the TG patients and infused continuously at a rate of 25 礸/h. The efficient hemostasis, rebleeding, the average bleeding time and blood volume were recorded. Adverse reactions such as the queasiness, abdominal distension, abdominal pain, diarrhoea, palpitaition and hypertension were observed.

将经胃镜证实的食管胃底静脉曲张破裂出血患者56例随机分成对照组(n=28)和治疗组(n=28)，两组在给予基础治疗的同时，对照组使用垂体后叶素0.2U/min微泵持续静脉滴注；治疗组使用奥曲肽，首次0.1mg静注，再以25μg/h微泵持续静脉滴注止血治疗，比较两组在止血有效率、再出血率、平均止血时间、平均输血量等止血效果及恶心、腹胀、腹痛、腹泻、心悸、胸闷、血压升高等不良反应上的差异，并进行统计学分析。

Methods: In this series,coronary heart disease was proven by clinic,electrocardiogram and selective coronary arteriography.Causes of 30 cases of PICAS were acute coronary occlusion in PTCA (2 cases),coronary arterial dissection (1 cases),preventing coronary arterial restenosis after PTCA (18 cases),coronary arterial restenosis after PTCA (4 cases) and acute myocardial infarction (5 cases).Thirty cases of SCAG were performed by Judkins method.

材料和方法：本组病例均经临床，心电图和选择性冠状动脉造影证实为冠心病。30例经皮冠状动脉内支架植入术的原因有经皮腔内冠状动脉成形术中发生急性冠状动脉闭塞2例，冠状动脉夹层1例，为防止PTCA术后再狭窄18例，PTCA术后再狭窄4例，急性心肌梗塞5例。30例SCAG均采用Judkins法。

Methods: total rna was isolated from hepatocellular carcinoma cell line hepg2. subsequently, a 1kb fragment of hccr 2 encoding region was amplified by rt pcr and cloned into promega teasy vector. after confirmed by dna sequencing, the full length encoding region of hccr 2 was amplified by pcr and cloned into pires2 egfp. the recombinant eukaryotic expression vector was confimed by dna sequencing.
