Function and structure of system are delimitated from the point view of integration. Construction and function demand of subsystem are analyzed and basic implement projects are presented. In this thesis, system data flow and management method and target which based on system network topology structure and equipment demand are described. Traffic modeling ideology and the process of making dynamic model as well as accident detecting program are presented with centralized and distributed traffic control theory in detail, then freeway ramp control theory which based on predictive model and its theoretic pattern are explored. Finally, based on the object oriented programming, program of accident detecting and checking on freeway is developed by using visual C++ as tool.

Complete genome sequences of 20 viruses in Bunyaviridae loaded from NCBI were analyzed by two biological softwares of DNAMAN and DNASTAR. The results indicated great variability in both nucleic acid sequence and protein structure between plant viruses and animal viruses:(1) only plant viruses could encored NSm in M genome;(2) the length of nucleic acid sequence and protein sequence was different;(3) GC content of nucleic acid of animal viruses was higher than plant viruses of that;(4) protein topology analysis by online software SMART discovered that there was significant difference for the structure of glycoproteins G(subscript nG between animal-infecting and plant-infecting viruses;(5) usually, protein of plant-infecting virus had more complicated structure, more low compositional complexity and had N-Signal peptides except INSV.

In this paper, the stable Au complexes are classified according to the coordination atoms and their characteristic structure. The recent development of the researches on the antitumor activity of Au complexes including the structure-activity relationship, biological targets and the mechanisms of action are reviewed. The structure of the coordination ligand and the leaving group have great impact on the in vitro cytotoxicity of the Au complex. Many physical and biological methods are introduced to study the interaction between the Au complexes and the suspected bio-target, such as DNA, protein, mitochondrion, thio-containing biomolecules, etc. The interaction modes (intercalating, electrostatic interaction, covalent bonding, etc.) are focused to illustrate the reason for the antitumor activity of Au complexes.
