The grafting effect and mechanism was charac- terized by FTIR,The heat stability of unvulcanized and dynamical mechanical proper- ty of vulc- lcanizates of SBR and SBR-g- were tested by TG and DMA respectively. medium-resistance properties of SBR and SBR-g- vulcan- izates were also investigated.The results showed that addition of St accelerated GMA grafting onto SBR and control the decomposition of SBR. When the conditions were GMA/St/DCP was 8/4/0.3 and grafting temperature was 160℃.

结果表明，St对提高接枝率、抑制SBR的降解起到了积极的作用；SBR中聚丁二烯的α－H和双键共同参与了GMA/St熔融接枝反应；当SBR/GMA/St/DCP=100/8/4/0.3、接枝温度为160℃时，SBR的接枝率较高（23.78%），SBR–g–硫化胶的拉伸强度和撕裂强度比SBR硫化胶的分别提高了119%和27.4%；SBR–（GMA--co-St）未硫化胶的Tg比SBR未硫化胶的高，而耐热分解性能优于SBR未硫化胶；SBR–g–硫化胶在低温条件下的刚性增大、弹性降低、具有较低的内耗，在常温下的阻尼性能较高，但弹性性能保持较好；SBR–g–硫化胶的耐热稳定性以及耐非极性有机溶剂的性能优于SBR硫化胶。

Through analysis, the thesis thinks that the economical nature of environment goods cannot be generalized by public goods or private goods, its nature has been changing between the two extremes. The environment goods is on one hand reflected in some legal arrangement in international environment statute, where the focus is the whole humankind, for example,"common heritage"; on the other hand, it is also reflected in the rules that protecting private rights in civil legal system, where the focus is the individual, for example,"the right of environment personality ". The essential part of environment justice is the social distribution of environment benefits and burdens, so the thesis centers on the social peculiarities of environment goods as social burdens and as social benefits. In detail, environment benefits are related both to property and to personality, and they are also un-produced, non-substitutive and prima goods as living resources; environment burdens are composed of LULUs and many uncertain and irreversible environment risks.

通过分析，本文认为环境物品的经济性质不能单纯地用公共物品或私人物品进行概括，其性质在此两极之间会发生变动；而法律构造中的环境物品一方面体现在国际环境法中的主要以&类&为主体的各种制度安排中，例如&人类共同遗产&，另一方面则体现在民法体系中以&个人&为主体的各种私权保护的规则中，如环境人格权等；接下来，鉴于环境正义的核心是环境利益与负担的社会分配，所以本文重点探讨了作为一种利益和作为一种负担存在的环境物品的各种独特的社会属性，具体而言，环境利益具有财产属性、人格属性、非制造性、不可替代性以及作为生存资源的前提性；而环境负担则具体包括&不可欲的局域性土地利用方式&和具有科学不确定性和不可逆性的环境风险。

The results show that a the variation of annual mean runoff of Huayuankou section exist an intrinsic dynamic mechanism, which is the results of joint action of affecting factor of periodicity and non-periodicity, having obvious chaos characteristic; b the correlation dimension of attractor of phase space is 5.09 and saturation inserted dimension is 14. It shows that to establish a mathematical model of the annual mean runoff system of Huayuankou at least requires 6 independent variables and the required saturation inserted dimension for rebuilding phase space is 14; c the steady estimate of Kolmogorov entropy is 0.14, showing the average predictable time of the annual mean runoff variation of Huayuankou is about 7 years and; d using nonlinear deterministic chaos model is more suitable to describe the variation of annual mean runoff of Huayuankou.

结果表明：①花园口年平均径流量变化存在着内在动力学机制，是由周期性和非周期性影响因子共同作用的结果，具有明显的混沌特性；②相空间吸引子的关联维为5.09，饱和嵌入维数为14，这说明要建立花园口年平均径流系统的数学模型，至少需要6个独立变量，重构相空间所需要的饱和嵌入维数为14；③Kolmogorov熵的稳定估计为0.14，说明花园口年平均径流量变化的平均可预报时间大约为7年；④用非线性确定性的混沌模型比完全的随机模型更适于描述黄河花园口年平均径流量的变化。

Since the installation of fire safety is not a part of a building structure and the seismic building design code does not include fire water pipings, the design of them in Taiwan does usually not consider the seismic effect. This study first collected and summarized the relevant seismic design codes and fire control standards from U.S., Japan, China and Taiwan to understand the internationally adopted methods for seismic from designs of fire water pipings. This study also gathered engineering cases and photographs of the installation of the shock resistance hangers of fire water pipings in high technology factory buildings. Then, this study presented a proposal for seismic design principles. we hope this can attract attentions from government authorities and the fire safety business sector and to rise concerns of the seismic design of fire safety installation; and therefore set up a clear and practical criterion for the engineers and finally reduce the damage of post earthquake fires.

由於消防安全设备向来都是归属於非结构物，国内一般在进行结构设计时并未将消防管路纳入耐震设计的范畴内，本研究系针对建筑物内消防管路的耐震设计为议题，搜集并整理出美国、日本、大陆及国内等相关建筑和消防规范的执行现况，以了解目前国际上在消防管路方面所采取的耐震设计手法，本研究也同时汇整了目前国内重大科技厂房新建工程在消防撒水管路耐震吊架上，所采用的设计案例和实际装置后照片，祈能藉由此案例唤起国内相关主管单位和消防业界对建筑物内消防安全设备耐震力设计的关注，共同研议订定出明确、实用且可供大家遵循的消防安全设备耐震设计准则，以减低国内在地震后火灾所造成的危害。
