Then, the phase diagram and equilibrium data of oil-alcohol-biodiesel-glycerol multiphase system were measured because the biodiesel producing process lacks of thermodynamic data.Based on a double-membranes theory and the thermodynamic data, a kinetic model was proposed. In addition, a mult-step extraction process was proposed to dispose the jatropha curcas l oil with high acid value in order to decrease the acid value. Then, a new technology of biodiesel producing using solid base as a catalyst was developed. The study objects and results are as follows.

objective to establish immunological methods specific for detecting antigens in different groups of monoclonal antibodies.methods indirect immnofluorescence assay was applied to identify specificity of the two groups of monoclonal antibodies prepared with crude antigen and recombinant antigen of aspergillus fumigatus,respectively.two different double monoclonal antibody sandwich elisa assays established with the two groups of antibodies were performed to detect antigents in the cell culture supermatants of 19 common species of aspergillus,penicillium marneffei,and 5 species of candidas.results the results of indirect immnofluorescence assay indicated that the monoclonal antibodies prepared with crude antigen of aspergillus fumigatus were specific for antigens in both clinical isolates and environmental isolates of aspergillus, whereas the other group of monoclonal antibodies was proved to be specific for aspergillus fumigatus of both clinical and environmental isolates.the elisa assay established with the crude antigen-specfic monoclonal antibodies could detect both of the clinical and environmental isolates of aspergllius, while the other assay could only detect aspergillus fumigatus of both clinical and environmental isolates.and no cross reaction with the cell culture of penialllium marneffei and candidas was observed with the two methods.conclusion the elisa assays can detect both of the clinical and environmental isolates of aspergillus,and differentiate aspergillus fumigatus from other species of aspergillus.

For this reason, a distributed active control method of fluid pulsation was presented. To avoid stationary point in all aviation states, several fluid pulsation actuators and error pressure sensors were placed along the piping. The second fluid pulsation produced by actuators can counteract the primary pulsation brought by aviation piston pump and make the mean pulsation of whole piping minimum when adopting adaptive feed- forward control and the filtered-X least mean square algorithm.

In this paper RoboCup Mid-size Robot are the object of study from the two sides of the robot system and the system of multi-robot cooperation, the main research results are as follows: First, this paper reasearches the problom of the hardware and software architecture of Mid-size robots. According to the real-time requirements of the competition, the paper designs the mechanism of omni-direction wheels, which achieves a great improvement on the traditional mechanism of two wheels robot, and a more flexible response. This mechanism can adapt well to the increasingly rapid pace of the competition. In allusion to the mechanism of omni-direction wheels, this paper designs the electrical control system of three nodes in the bottom, which could communicate fast to the laptop with serial port and match the real-time requirements well. According to the problom of hitting power and speed of robot when shooting, this paper designes a motor-driven tongue-shaped spring shooting mechanism, which has a simple mechanical structure, smaller space in size and simple control circuit. This shooting mechanism meets the real-time requirements of the competition better.
