The State Council announced the "list of the first group of national standard intangible cultural heritages" in May 2006. According to this list and the scope of intangible cultural heritage are divided into 10 specialized catalogues: folk literature; folk music; folk dance; traditional drama; ballad singing; acrobatism and athletics; folk art; traditional craftsmanship; traditional medicine; folk custom.

包括5个方面：口头传说和表述，包括作为非物质文化遗产媒介的语言；表演艺术；社会风俗、礼仪、节庆；有关自然界和宇宙的知识和实践；传统的手工艺技能。2006年5月国务院公布"第一批国家级非物质文化遗产名录"，把非物质文化遗产的范畴具体分为10类：①民间文学；②民间音乐；③民间舞蹈；④传统戏剧；⑤曲艺；⑥杂技与竞技；⑦民间美术；⑧传统手工技艺；⑨传统医药；⑩民俗。

Inscribing a site on the List of World Heritage in Danger allows the World Heritage Committee to allocate immediate assistance from the World Heritage Fund to the endangered property.

上写上一个网站的世界遗产名录的危险，让世界遗产委员会拨出紧急援助从世界遗产基金，以保护稀有动植物的财产。

"Under any of the following circumstances, the part of the estate affected shall be dealt with in accordance with statutory succession: where a testamentary successor or legatee predeceases the testator; where an invalidated portion of the will involves part of the estate; or where no disposition is made under the will for part of the estate."

有下列情形之一的，遗产中的有关部分也按照法定继承办理：遗嘱继承人、受遗赠人先于遗嘱人死亡的；遗嘱无效部分所涉及的遗产；遗嘱未处分的遗产。

On the base of analysis of the items about ocean in Word Heritage list, the paper points out the direction that World Heritage should take in order to get better development and more success in future. Taking the Kula system of South Pacific Ocean and Dongsha-Muddy shore in Jiangsu China as examples, the paper also thinks items in World Heritage list should cover with more areas and include more heritage types.

通过对目前已存在的世界遗产海洋项目进行总结、分析，寻找世界遗产发展中的不足，指出世界遗产海洋项目未来在地域和类型方面发展的潜力方向，并在此基础上提出两个潜在项目。

After the trust is established, if the trustor dies or disbands according to law, or is canceled or declared bankrupt according to law, and if the trustor is the only beneficiary, the trust shall terminate and the trust property shall be deemed as his heritage or liquidation property; if the trustor is not the only beneficiary, the trust shall continue to exist and the trust property shall not be deemed as his heritage or liquidation property; but if the trustor, as a joint beneficiary, dies or disbands according to law, or is canceled or declared bankrupt according to law, the beneficial right of the trust shall be deemed as his heritage or liquidation property.

设立信托后，委托人死亡或者依法解散、被依法撤销、被宣告破产时，委托人是唯一受益人的，信托终止，信托财产作为其遗产或者清算财产；委托人不是唯一受益人的，信托存续，信托财产不作为其遗产或者清算财产；但作为共同受益人的委托人死亡或者依法解散、被依法撤销、被宣告破产时，其信托受益权作为其遗产或者清算财产。
