An alternate Director shall ipso facto cease to be an alternate Director if his appointor ceases for any reason to be a Director: provided that if a Director retires and is re-elected by the meeting at which such retirement took effect, any appointment made by him pursuant to this Article which was in force immediately prior to his retirement shall continue to operate after his re-election as if he had not so retired.

候补董事应根据事实不再是候补董事如以任何理由停止他的委任人被导演：并规定，如果是一名退休主任连选连任的会议，这些退休生效、他所作的任何任命是根据本条生效之前，他将继续退休操作连任后，他没有这么退役。

如果该代理董事的指定者出于某种理由停止指定代理董事，则任一代理董事将不再是代理董事，然而，该代理董事或其他人士可被董事再次指定，该再次指定的目的是充当代理董事。在任何会议上任何董事退休但在同一会议上被重新选举，在董事退休前，依据相关条款对代理董事的任一任命将立即生效并在该董事未退休的时间内将一直保持效力。

This thesis examines the antecedents of the voluntary behavior of retired teachers in the context of an integrated behavioral model that incorporates a wide variety of important factors from previous researches on volunteer behavior into a single theoretical framework provided by the Theory of Planned Behavior. The model was tested using data from a sample of 219 individual respondents by Structural Equation Model. Moreover, four voluntary teachers and six school administrators were interviewed to thoroughly explore factors affecting the success of the "Voluntary Teaching Program" in Taipei County.
