还原炉

This research is a new low cost method of producing abrasive grit. It is to put the iron ore concentrate, coal powder, hydrated limed and addition agent together to make coal mixed pellet in prior which is rapidly auto-reduced in high temperature and kept about 10min above 1350℃, and then furnace cooled. The 2CaO·SiO2 of slag phase change、volume increase and natural bloom in reduction process. Finally we obtain no-slag abrasive grit through screen separation , in which the iron yield can be above 90%,the sulfur content can be below 0.05% and carbon content is lower than 4.0%.

本研究是一种全新的低成本生产铁粒的方法，它是将铁精粉、煤粉、消石灰和添加剂预先制成球团，在高温下迅速加热还原，在1350℃以上保温10分钟后随炉冷却，渣相中2CaO·SiO2在冷却过程中发生相变，体积膨胀而自然粉化，通过筛分便可以得到不含炉渣的铁颗粒，铁的收得率在90%以上、S≤0.05%、C在4.0%左右。

Methods Soil was air-dried, grinded, and screened through 100 mesh sieve. Appropriate sample was put in porcelain crucible with 0.5 g Aldrin reagents, and another 2 g Aldrin was used to cover the sample. Then the mixture was burned, cooled off, lixiviated by water, and determined by arsenic-cerium redox spectrophotometry.

土壤经自然风干，粉碎过100目筛，取适量试样于盛有0.5g艾氏试剂的瓷钳埚中，再取2g艾氏试剂覆盖试样，置高温炉中灼烧，冷却，水浸提，砷铈氧化还原分光光度法测定碘含量。

Preparation of ultra fine MgNi2 powder via reduction of the oxide precursor was systematically studied.The precursor was prepared with nickel nitrate,magnesium nitrate and glycin as start materials by combustion method.

Chenopodium album,Solanum nigrum, and Amaranthus retroflexus were very susceptible to the herbicides. Polygonum persicaria and Abutilon theophrasti were relatively less susceptible to the herbicides, and Lycopersicon esculentum was not susceptible to it. The relationship between reduction rates of weed biomass and PPM values of weed leaves 2,4, and 6 days after treatment was established.

供试的6种杂草对该混剂的敏感性存在显著差异：红心藜Chenopodium album、龙葵Solanum nigrum和反枝苋Amaranthus retroflexus对该混剂最敏感，ED90值分别为47.65、71.67和29.17g/hm2；春蓼Polygonum persicaria和苘麻Abutilon theophrasti敏感，ED90值分别为96.91、114.20g/hm2；而番茄不敏感。
