A detailed three-dimensional solid model of the piston is established by means of Ansys 11.0 Workbench Environment, which is issued in March 2007. Using the third thermal boundary conditions, analysis of the three-dimensional piston, including temperature, displacement and thermal stress field are performed by means of thermal-structural coupling. Structural optimization is also accomplished and a new piston has been designed, which performance is getting improved.

本文在2007年3月发布的Ansys 11.0协同仿真环境中建立了详细的活塞三维实体模型，运用第三类热边界条件，结合热耦合分析方法完成了活塞的三维温度场，位移场及热应力场的仿真，在此基础上对活塞的结构优化进行了探索，并设计出一款性能得以改善的活塞，实现了真正意义上的仿真驱动产品设计。
