Results show:(1) coupling of elastic deflections with rigid motions is distinctive;(2) computations of two methods are in good agreement with test data, when rotation angle is small;(3) when rotation angle is large, couplings increase distinctly and the differences between the results of the two computational methods increase;(4) the bending stiffness has evident effect on the coupling, and the coupling will increase with the decrease of bending stiffness;(5) in case of the blade is relatively soft, the calculated values of phase lag and amplitude augment based on infinitesimal rotation will exist.

计算分析表明：(1)弹性桨叶存在较明显的刚性运动和弹性变形耦合；2）挥舞角较小时，两种处理方法计算结果一致，均与试验数据吻合较好；(3挥舞角较大时，刚柔耦合增强，两种处理方法的计算值差别较为明显；(4)桨叶弯曲刚度对桨叶刚柔耦合特性有较明显影响，刚度越小，耦合越强；(5)桨叶如果比较柔软，小转角处理方法计算值相对有限转角处理方法，相位滞后、幅值增加均较为明显，计算桨叶动响应时需引起注意。

The results show that dynamic leaching of heavy metals increases with decreasing pH values on the whole, but the relativity is not significant. The leaching concentration is negatively correlated with time. The calculation results show that the elements with the largest cumulative leaching amount are Fe, Mn, Zn and As, and those with the smallest amount are Pb, Sn, Hg and Cd. The elements with the highest stage lixiviating rate are Ni, Co, Cr, Mn, Cd and Cu, and that with the lowest rate is Fe. The elements with the highest values of cumulative lixiviating rate and cumulative lixiviating intensity are Cr, Mn, Co, Ni and Zn, and that with the lowest ones is Fe.

结果表明，重金属元素的动态浸出整体随pH值下降而升高，但相关性不明显，浸出浓度与时间整体上呈负相关关系；浸出总量效果较好的元素为Fe、Mn、Zn、As，较差的为Pb、Sn、Hg、Cd，其他元素中等；阶段浸出率较高的元素有Ni、Co、Cr、Mn、Cd、Cu，较低的元素有Fe，Sn、Zn介于中间水平；累积浸出率和累积浸出强度较高的元素有Cr、Mn、Co、Ni、Zn，较低的元素为Fe，Cu、Cd、Sn居于中间水平。

On the basis of comparative analysis of the relevant micro-imagemosaicing algorithms, a suitable algorithm is choosed to combine local images to ahigh-resolution images of greater vision, which is better for pathologist to observe cervical cellmorphology. By some measurement algorithms of pathological cells and metal particulate which are reported in magazines, cervical cell parameters measuring and nucleus plasm ratio analysisare better realized.

本论文通过将成熟的图像处理算法有针对性地用于宫颈细胞图像处理，较好的实现了对宫颈细胞图像几何变换，色彩变换，平滑，增强，边缘检测；在对比分析相关显微图像拼接算法的基础上，选择合适算法将局部图像合成更大视野的高分辨率图像，供医生更好的观察细胞形态；将相关文献中报导的处理病理细胞和金属微粒形态测量的算法用于宫颈细胞形态参数的测量，较好的实现了细胞形态参数测量及细胞核浆比分析等功能。

In this thesis the using BOS technology is put forward for the solution of such problems. On the basis of abundant theoretical research, with the support of relevant teachers, a laboratory for of the original equipment was established to testify the feasibility, reliability and security of the technology. Through the development and testing of different types of financial software, it is proved that BOS technology can be applied in the building of efficient and securely operating software in Intranet sphere. 针对这种情况我提出了利用BOS技术解决这一问题的方案，做了较多的理论研究，同时为了证实技术的可行性、可靠性和安全性，在有关老师的支持下利用原有的设备筹建了一个瘦客户机实验室，对不同类型的财务软件进行了开发和测试，结果证明可以利用BOS技术构造高效、安全的运行于Intranet（甚至是Internet）领域的财务软件，同时令人高兴的是这种方式可以较好的利用原有的设备、很好的继承原有的软件中还适用的部分，具有非常好的现实意义和可操作性。

初步的生物活性测定结果表明，吡啶类化合物对蚊子有较好的杀虫作用；吡唑并吡啶类化合物有一定的植物生长调节活性；部分吡唑类化合物对小麦锈病和烟草花叶病毒有较好的抑制效果；部分1，2，3-噻二唑类化合物对烟草花叶病毒有很好的抑制效果，与商品药剂病毒A的效果相近。

The results show that the plasticity zone and dynamically quiescent layer become fine equiaxed recrystallisation under the thermo-mechanical effect, the grains in the heat-affected zone grow up because of the effect of friction heat. When the rotation speed is 2 500 r/min and the welding time is 12 s, good joint is achieved, and the tensile shear strength of the joint reaches 9.24 kN. The tensile shear strength of spot increases with increasing tool rotation speed, with increasing welding time, the strength increases first, while then reduces. The microhardness of plasticity zone is high, but is slightly lower than that of the base metal, the minimum value of microhardness is in the heat affected zone. When the energy input of joint is high, the fracture type of spot is mode Ⅰ, and the tensile shear strength is high; on the contrary, when the energy input of joint is less the fracture type of spot is mode Ⅱ, and the strength is low.

结果表明：塑性区和动态静止层的晶粒在热和力作用下发生动态再结晶形成细小的等轴晶，热影响区的晶粒在摩擦热作用下长大变粗；搅拌头旋转速度为2 500 r/min，焊接时间为12 s时，可以获得力学性能较好的焊点，焊点的剪切强度达到9.24 kN；焊点的剪切强度随搅拌头旋转速度的增大而增大，随焊接时间的延长先增大后减小；塑性区的显微硬度较高，但略小于母材，接头显微硬度的最小值分布在热影响区；焊点热输入量较多时，接头为Ⅰ型断裂，焊点的剪切强度较高；焊点热输入量较少时，接头为Ⅱ型断裂，焊点的强度较低。
