METHODS: The acute pancreatitis model was induced by retrograde injection of 50 g/L sodium taurocholate into the bili-pancreatic duct in SD rats. Forty-eight mas-culinity SD rats were randomly divided into 2 groups: the sodium taurocholate group and the operational control group. The serum amylase level and the histol-ogical pathologic changes of pancreas were measured at different time point in each group. The expression of pancreatic CINC protein and mRNA were determined by immunohistochemistry and semi-quantitative reve-rse transcriptase polymerase chain reaction, respectively.

采用向胆胰管逆行注射50 g/L牛磺胆酸钠建立大鼠SAP模型， 48只♂SD大鼠随机分为手术对照组和SAP组，分别检测各组不同时间点血清淀粉酶和胰腺组织病理学改变，用免疫组织化学法和半定量逆转录聚合酶链反应法检测胰腺组织中CINC蛋白和CINC mRNA表达的变化情况。

Recent study showed that the devitalization of DPC4 gene was present in nearly 50% of pancreatic carcinoma, which interrupted the TGF-βsignal pathway, so inactivation of DPC4 gene maybe one of the most important cause of pancreatic carcinoma. The present study was carried out to clarify the effect of DPC4 gene on human pareatic carcinoma cell line JF305, which can help us understand the growth and proliferation mechanism of pancreatic carcinoma and provide us the practical guidance on gene therapy of pancreatic carcinoma.

Results According to CT findings,they were divided into edematous type (n=46) and necrotic type (n=42).Forteen cases were complicated with infection.Swelling in 75 cases,exudation in 68 cases,necrosis in 42 cases,splenomegaly in 62 cases.

结果 水肿型46例，坏死型42例，其中合并感染14例，均有较典型的CT表现，胰腺肿胀75例，胰周渗液68例，胰腺坏死42例，脾大62例。

Methods we examined the serum level of TNF and TNFR75 in 22 patients with acute edematous pancreatitis,and 10 patients with acute necrosis pancreatitis on the first,third,fifth and seventh day.
